I Just bought a prom dress from promtimes and it reached yesterday. The dress is georgeous, why there is a guy said this website is scamming. I think that person's reviewer is not justice, how could he or she know the address is fake? Did he or she was treated by other website so she revenged to every other website? And then he or she could get part of benefits from those websites. I didn't believe this guy's words, my dress is good, i am satisfactory to their service. I guess this guy is professional bad reviewer to extort money or products!

My finance ordered a prom dress for my daughters prom from there website, not knowing that the dress ships from Hong Kong, China. Ordered on March 8th 2015 and telling the chat cust. Svc before ordering that we needed the dress within a month. They assured her the dress would make it to Atlanta, Ga. 1 month later. Then she again chatted last week and they still re-assured her the dress would be shipping on time to make a April 14th prom. They then told her that their product is made in Hong Kong.!*#!&%@! I then chatted on their site Friday the 10th and they told me that the dress was shipping in the next 24 hrs. Now, my fiancé on the 12th, that the dress is being hand made and that she will only get partial credit and to POUND SAND! $380.00 dress and they are offering $165.00 refund, only after receiving dress too late. DO NOT EVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY as they do nothing but lie to get your hard earned money.
