The interface is poor and there service is not really good, i don't really enjoy dealing with the agents although i have an alternative investment with btcprofituk dot com which is a crypto investment that is really lucrative and doing fine for me. So the bad business here didn't really faze me that much.
PropertyValueLookUp.com promised to send out a $20 amazon card once a review was completed, cody at PropertyValueLookUp promised I'd be contacted soon to receive that $20 gift card, but it's been 4 months now (jan 2014) so I doubt their promise is going to be fulfilled. I contacted live chat today, and was advised the representative could only submit a ticket to their manager. After reading through the reviews posted to this page, "wow" is all that I have to say. Promises by propertyvaluelookup.com were UNFULFILLED.
My initial report didn't come over correctly. But when I contacted them over live chat and found out that there was an error in the address I had entered. I corrected that and searched the report again. It came perfect. I got detailed report for only $1.00. I would certainly use this site again. They are worth money and their customer support is really friendly.
I was surprised that your company appears to only use Zillow. With other sites you get (in some cases) very different pricing and should be addressed. I was hoping for a bit more "in-depth" information on the property.

Originally, I was sent a report for the wrong property address. I was able to connect with a representative via live chat, who in turn reported the mistake to his manager, and within 15 minutes, the correct report was e-mailed to me. This was a good experience overall.
It takes too long to get what I am looking to find. I still don't know who owns this property.

I was interested in getting the current value of my home, so I googled it and the HomeValueRecords.org came up, which I assume is associated with the above site. The process was very simple and I was able to view my report within 5 minutes. It was very comprehensive and I learned a few things about my neighborhood.

It takes minutes to create a report. Then their web site goes you though multiple pages and still you can't access the report. And finally when you get it you found... information from Zillow. Just few lines, the same what you can find on Zillow to Redfin but they chanrge money for it...

I would rate this as ZERO stars. The site is set up so that you think you are paying $1 but are actually signing up for an expensive annual contract. If you get past that trap, then when you get the results, it isn't even for the address you submitted... worthless!

This report is not correct this house has never been a 3 bedroom. It has never been a drug lab or even been on police radar per River Oaks Police Department. In 2007 it was appraised for $87,000.00 when we purchased it. This report is so off that it was not even worth the $1.00 i paid.
