These people are not recommended. I purchased a BLM shirt from them and had to send sever emails and chats asking when was it gonna be shipped. Kept getting a response from 1 name (Cheseca?) It or she kept giving the same lie that it was packaged and ready to ship for 10+ days. After I called them out on their lies they stopped responding to and emails and chats. I will never deal with a company that don't have a 800# to speak to a human. They're ripping people off and they need to be stopped. I'm not the only one that's gone through this.

Go somewhere else. Everyone else sells this product and I’ve seen better prices as well as better options of PRPS products on other sites. Take your business elsewhere guys !!! Consumer warning !!!!

PRPS is a dishonest company that will scam you when they feel like it.
Last month, I reached out to PRPS customer service via email to request an order cancellation. They informed that they could not cancel my order, but they could process a return once I received the items. Once I received it, they issued me a return authorization number and provided me with return instructions. I followed their instructions exactly and shipped out the return the next day.
A couple days later the return was delivered to their return location. Per PRPS customer service, I should have received a refund 3-5 business days after they received it. I did NOT receive a refund after a week, so I reached out to their customer service and did not get a response. I followed up several days later and still did not get a response. Now this company has BOTH my money and the items I returned... Based on my research, this company has a history of ghosting/scamming people like this. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!
I ordered a few pair of jeans during a sale they were promoting. I made two separate orders, being that it was a good sale. Well after around the first week I received one of the orders, and waited a few more day and still didnt receive my second order. So I email customer service to ask about my second order, and was told theyre backed up on orders and they apologize for the inconvenience. After a few more days I sent another email, and didnt they didnt reply, so I called the phone number on the website and no one picked up, next day did the same and still no response from the email nor phone number. After looking at my receipt the I received from my first order I notice a different number, than that was provided on the website, I called and got through. The representative told me that it was two out of the three pair of jeans on that order they couldnt find and that they was told not to do a refund on any orders. Well I sent another email asking out an updated on a Thursday and was told my order would be sent out that Friday latest that next Monday. I never got an email stating my item were sent out that coming monday, so I called again the next day asking what from the order do they have and if they could send that, and the rest of the order later. I was told they could do that. Well that never happened. Well its going on three weeks now and still havent received anything from my order, and is just about ready to cancel the whole thing. As much as I like this brand I dont like dishonesty, and after checking the website I still notice the jeans they told they cannot find on my order are still being sold, because of different sizes are starting to be sold out. I dont know what would cause them to delay my second order like this, I was thinking maybe a security check on the card I used, but its all the same info that I used on my first order, and same address. As long as Ive been shopping online, its only been two other times Ive encountered something like this, and the end result was me having to was a long period of time to even receive my refund after an investigation from my credit card company.
