Pubby customer-service will answer but may take time. However, with more participation, I believe it will change for the better. I have only two books now. I had found that many review sites are very expensive. Very. And, If your book needs work they will certainly tell you about it and then the review is all but trash and no refund. Pubby has genuine verified reviews. I never give book free. I never go above 2.99, though, and I hardly ever purchase a book priced more than 2.99 US dollars. I have read some amazing stories on Pubby and some real stinkers. I find the platform fair and genius. Only thing. On a book more than 90000 words. One week or a bit more to read. Many have a life, and I want my book to be read. I hope this note was helpful. Indie is far from easy. Good luck to all.

Why would anyone pay for a service to not get their books read and get bad reviews on top of it, makes no sense.
I have been so impressed with the quality of the reviews my books have received. At first, when I heard about Pubby, I was skeptical, but now I am a believer. The reviewers do read my books (I can tell on my kdp report) and they comment about salient points. Customer service has been great. They have answered all of my questions, usually within an hour. When one review didn't get posted, they gave me my points back, no questions asked. It's a great system and I highly recommend!

Tip for consumers:
Don't expect to get 5 or 10 reviews as they claim. Plus if you don't have snaps you can't have your book reviewed which is another down feature of their company. If you are paying a monthly fee you shouldn't need to make additional purchases to get reviewed.
