The assistance I received from Puffly Blankets' customer service staff is more than satisfactory. They're pleasant and professional. They are also willing to go an extra mile and guide you step by step.
Bought the blanket set and they did not send for months. I told them to cancel the order and they wouldn't. They just ignored my emails. When the blanket did finally come it was not as described and doesn't look like what was depicted in their description at all. Their customer service representative then tried to lie to my bank when I ultimately had to call and do a chargeback on the transaction. Had the emails for proof. Do Not Buy!

Every product that I ordered from the OG puffly Blankets has been of top quality and on the perfect sizing! I have no complaints at all.
I purchased a queen sized blanket set on December 25th. I received an email on January 2nd letting me know there is a 14 BUSINESS DAY delay on shipments. It's past 14 days and I emailed support. No response. I plugged my email and order number into their order tracking and I'm being told it doesn't exist. Don't waste your money. Me loosing 100 bucks will be my learning.
