We purchased a tiny Yorkie puppy from puppy spot. We paid for him when he was 6 weeks old and had to wait until he was 12 weeks old to bring him home. It was hard to wait.

When he was big and strong enough (2 lbs) he came home. He has a wonderful temperament and is perfectly healthy. We are absolutely in love with him and would use puppy spot again.

We purchased your Golden Retriever female puppy you had named Juliet at 17 or 18 weeks of age. She was driven down from Indiana to us in Florida by Premier Pet Transport. They did great. From the beginning, she was afraid of everything (TV, closing doors, ceiling fans, going from one room to another, etc.) We know she was never mistreated, because she's not afraid of people or other dogs, just "things!"
We AKC registered her as "Carrol Shelby's Racing Time" and we call her Shelby. I'm an AKC Canine Good Citizen Evaluator and we've really, really worked with her and she's got her S.T.A.R. Puppy title!
She's absolutely gorgeous, beautiful head, feathering coming in nicely, and she moves nice. We just wish she had been socialized a lot more, but we realize that by receiving her as an older puppy, we missed a LOT of early exposures. Still, we love her and think she has great promise! Although we knew the breed we were interested in, their website was very easy to navigate as we looked over our options. Once we selected our puppy, the Puppy Spot team was great in walking us through the process. From paying, to flying her to us, to helping us set up the first vet appointment.

I was able to find the exact breed of puppy I was looking for and the process was easy. They coordinated the delivery of my puppy and provided me with all current health records. Our bernedoodle from PuppySpot is one of the best decisions we've ever made. We were a little worried about her traveling on an airplane to Florida from Missouri at first, like I'm sure so many other people are, but we were assured by our puppy concierges that she would be safe and sound. When we picked her up from the airport she literally jumped into my arms and it was love at first site. She has a wonderful personality, loves to cuddle, was SO EASY to train. Maybe because she's our dog, but she's one of the smartest dogs I've ever had. You can absolutely tell she came from a loving breeder. We tell all of our friends about how amazing PuppySpot is and a bunch of them have gotten puppies from them as well. All of them wonderful dogs. I could go on and on about how happy we are with this service. We can't wait for our next bernedoodle! Thank you puppyspot!

I'm extremely pleased with my fur baby. However, upon arrival and 1st vet check she had Giardia, which was determined by the vet that due to the amount in stool, she had it prior to arrival to me. The initial paperwork said she passed as "negative", but I've been spending a lot of money on vet bills to get her over it. On the other hand she's super smart and I love her beyond words. I just wish more would have gone in to check for this and also precautions taken care during transport to make sure no other dogs were effective. That is really my only complaint, but it's heart breaking to see her go thru it and the fact that no matter how cautious I was about cleaning up her stool, I ended up with it and had to pay for my medical bills as well; it is very difficult because I have an auto immune disorder. I purchased her to be trained for my epilepsy and PSD pet for my PTSD. I've spent a lot of money, but Puppy Spot has been MOST helpful and understanding.

Customer service was atrocious and cheap. After spending $4,000 on a puppy, you'd expect to get that quality of a service, but with PuppySpot you won't. My puppy was delivered 1 MONTH after the original delivery date due to lack of communication within the company. They never did anything to correct this mistake. The only thing I was offered was a $300 refund for travel expenses (I paid $700 to get my puppy delivered 45 minutes away) which I never received. I reached out to them many times reminding them of the refund and they simply stopped replying after my dog was delivered.

During the 2 months between paying and actually receiving my puppy, I only received 4 (of the same) update pictures. Most people are extremely excited when they buy a new puppy and would like to be kept up to date on how they are growing, but 1 set of pictures (again, all basically the same picture) over a period of 2 months is a joke.

Overall there's a clear lack of professionalism and responsibility within this company and I would never recommend it to anyone. There are other companies that provide the same service and would most definitely be a better experience.

In my case, I would recommend going directly to the breeder and skipping this joke of an expensive middleman company.

PuppySpot is a wonderful place to get a puppy. My Cavapoo "Grady" now Milo, is the sweetest. He was delivered on time. He was very very smelly but that was an easy fix. It's hard to believe the negative reviews. Because I have always had great communication and all of my Questions were answered whenever I reached out. I believe the prices were fair because you get what you pay for. I wanted a healthy Puppy and I received just that. I'm very thankful to puppy spot for helping me get Milo.

I was first very reluctant to adopt a puppy through a website which also has some bad reviews, but took a leap of faith and I am so glad I did it. I have wonderful experience with them. My first puppy had some heart murmurs, so they cancelled the adoption right away, offered me full refund or adopt another puppy. I went for another puppy, who turned out overbite issue. We decided to adopt another puppy and got my perfect puppy. The team was very helpful through all this process. My first puppy scheduled to deliver to the airport, which is 40 mins away from us. The one that I actually adopted delivered a location only 20 mins away from us. I was late for 30 mins because of traffic but they were so nice and waited me without any issue. My puppy arrived with his first shots, his food and a blanket and all the information that you need. If I used a local breeder, we would most likely miss the heart issue, so I am very pleased puppyspots through examination and provide us a perfect puppy.

We are in Love with Lea she is amazing. She is our baby girl. Recommend PUPPY SPOT you will have the dog of your life!

I paid big money for a toy sized Yorkie. Really Big money, thousands and thousands of dollars. My puppy's parents are advertised as being 3-4 pounds. My puppy is only four months old, and he already weighs more than 5 pounds! And he is still growing like crazy! It wouldn't surprise me if he ends up being 10 pounds! Like I said, I paid thousands of dollars for a small dog, and I have been swindled and deceived! I don't know what to do, my heart is totally broken over this. It isn't fair. Beware of PuppySpot! You can not check out the puppy's parents before you purchase, you never know what you will get! Don't waste your money or your heart energy, it is devastating.

The two sisters I got are adorable but both had Giardia upon arrival that took many weeks to heal. We also found it a bit odd that delivery had to take place in a parking lot, and not directly from breeder, leaving in question if a puppy mill.
One puppy was 5 lbs less than her sister and was the sickest.
Thankfully they are both happy and healthy now, enjoying their new home

We had a great experience with PuppySpot, from finding a sturdy, beautiful Golden to their communication with us, shipping company was proficient, kind and prompt, and the puppy we got is just a delight! Who would not love this little guy?!?

The process was seamless and our puppy, Abe (f/k/a Bobby), is absolutely perfect. Although we had no contact with Abe's breeder prior, she contacted us immediately after his arrival to make sure all was well. All could not be more well. We love Abe!

Puppy spot claims to be a service beyond reproach. They ask things like fire extinguisher, smoke detectors, food bowls, drinking water, play and living environment and so on. They fail on the true well being of the animals. They are clueless about bot flies or warble flies. They never asked how the puppies are whelping. This is very important. Why you ask. Ambilical hernias. Very common and preventable. Same goes for the flies. But these basic questions are never asked. There are way more important things to do and protect animals. They never ask about socializing. We treat puppies like family. They grow up with other dogs, cats, kittens and kids. Yet this is not important to them. Neither is securing toilet lids so bigger puppies that are curios don't fall in and drown. Horrible people to deal with. They are dog brokers which isn't much better if at all, than being a puppy mill site foe breeders.

I got my German Shepard from puppyspot and overall the process was super simple and the puppy is amazing. I am glad I did my research properly and decided to go with PuppySpot.

Personally, I believe they have responsible breeders and great puppies. Highly recommended!

I got the perfect springer spaniel from a great PuppySpot breeder and it has been amazing. Good temperament, no health issues. Travel was simple and efficient. Highly recommend using PuppySpot!
