Ive bought one plus had three replacements sent at a cost of 49$ plus 10$ each additional one all in the last 50 days! Now ive emailed two of there emails multiple times n it just keeps being sent back. Yes they have a warranty but its not worth it. My brother bought a ten dollar one off amazon n its been working for over two months so far. Do not use!
Bought a new iPhone 15 pro. Dealer sells z(and sadly recommends) PureGear screen protectors. They put it on for me. It chipped on day 6 (middle right side, have zero idea how, wasn't dropped and is in a phone case). Went online for replacement. The Lifetime Guarantee actually charges $31.96 to mail a replacement to me. The protector cost me $34.99 to buy last week. Quite the grift. WTH Edit, chip #2 today since I've been home. Center bottom. Was set on table twice, that's it.

They don't give you money back; they want to send you a replacement of the same poor quality screen protector. In 6 months, we have had 4 cracked screens. We have been extra careful with our Samsung S23 phones and yet the least little thing will crack the screen. And to add insult to injury, they want you to pay a $12.95 handling fee. We cut our losses by not filing a claim.
I was sold a Pure Gear screen protector when I got my new phone, Samsung S23 ultra. The screen proctor is on the expensive side, but I purchased it because I was told it has a lifetime warranty. If it breaks you get a new one. They forgot to mention the shipping fees. When I found out it was $8.50 for shipping, it was annoying but not the end of the world. I went to order a replacement last week because the screen protector was cracked. The cost is $21.95USD for SHIPPING. By the time you add exchange rate and maybe tax, it will be between $25 and $30 for shipping. That's close to the cost of the screen protector and you have to wait at lest 10 days to get it.
When I contacted the company to question the excessive cost of shipping, they said it was because they didn't have a distributor in Canada. Thanking me for understanding!
I'm going back to the store to let them know of my experience so they don't keep promoting this.
My issue is not with the product but with the company. If you sell a product in Canada, then you need to make the replacement available at a reasonable cost, not at nearly the cost of the original purchase. I can get 2 screen proctors from a different company for the cost of their shipping.
Stores are promoting this screen protector thinking it's a good deal. It isn't at all!
So I bought this product from the bell store the day I bought my phone. In 2 years I have had it replaced 4 times under the warranty, which did cost $11 ish dollars for shipping which was a bit high for what iyou are getting. I just went to go through the process for a 5th time and it is now $21.95 usd shipping for a screen protector to ship it across canada. So I will have paid $66 for warrantied screen protectors after I originally paid $50 for a lifetime warranty. The last one only lasted a week before it just fell off randomly after following the instructions very carefully. Would not waste you money on this one.

Had it for 7 days before it cracked from putting it down. Biggest scam for replacement have to open a PayPal account that don't let you put in the proper mailing address saying it is incorrect. $12 for shipping. I can't even get a replacement cause the address errors. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT.

We purchased two screen protectors. Within that week both were severely cracked with normal use. My husband paid the shipping ($12) for their warranty replacement, and that broke as well within another week. I emailed customer service with photos, receipts and more and asked for a refund. They refused. Do not buy this overpriced and unfit for purpose item.

Do not buy

Purchased for $49.99 & installed by Verizon on March 24,2023 when I purchased a Galaxy S23 Ultra 5G. Today, April 3,10 days later, it popped off of my phone as I swipped too unlock my phone. Verizon gladly offered to replace it... for $10. After expressing my dissatisfaction the salesperson gave me a 'one time free replacement.' He never offered to reinstall it which I believe he could have done. No way this glass should have popped off my phone. Do not recommend this product.

I see this as a subscription scam. The first product you buy is $45 but then it will crack within two months I guarantee it. Then they say no problem you just have to send them $8.95 US and they will replace it for you. No questions asked as many times as you want. So I am sure it cost them less than a dollar to make. So they are still making $7.95 every time you 'buy' a new one. The worst scam ever, the cheapest product ever. This company should go under immediately. Imagine all this plastic being thrown away just so that this company can promote itself as a warranty provider!
I have to admit I was extremely skeptical after reading the reviews here, but I submitted my warranty claim for my HD glass cover earlier this week. The message on their site said there may be delays due to Corona, so I figured there was a chance I had just donated my money to them. I was pleasantly surprised when they emailed me the next day and confirmed receipt, and sent me my new cover in 4 days. Very impressed, big kudos to PureGear.
I haven't purchased this item after learning that this warranty they claim is not even a warranty. A warranty is that everything would be covered. But they ask for money for delivery charges. So they are lying and this is technically illegal. Also, the product is not actual tempered glass. Many of them are not. If you want a real warranty Belkin is the way to go. You won't pay for shipping at all. And you don't have to answer or show them any pictures of your cracked screen.

Scam. I was talked into buying a pure gear 360 screen protector for my new s21 phone. I paid a outrageous $50 for the first protector understanding that they have a lifetime replacement for free if it cracks. It cracked almost a week after it was installed and it cost $12 in shipping to get a replacement. There not a exceptionally great product and very costly compared to other products.
I returned mine after giving it about to a week. The fingerprint sensor was very temperamental... Sometimes it would work, sometimes it wouldn't. I thought maybe it was worth it in exchange for having such a sturdy protector and a lifetime warranty. Well after a week dust started to gather under the glass and I happened to come upon horrible reviews on their warranty. According to the BBB they have had 340 complaints in the last 3 years, 241 of which are warranty related.
I bought a Puregear screen protector for my Samsung 23 ultra with the fingerprint scanner on the screen protector. Not once but twice they sent me a screen protector with a smudge right over the fingerprint scanner making it impossible to login with my fingerprint. After 6 emails to customer service I finally got a response weeks later. They said they would send me a new one. The new one had a smudge over the fingerprint reader too. Really? I gave up and decided to go with a different company. Slowest customer service ever!

My first crack was legit, I did drop my phone on a rock. It took a while to get the warranty fulfilled, they kept sending the wrong product. Eventually the correct protector was sent. I have had to get new ones frequently (paying $15 S&H each time) and they randomly crack without trauma!?!? Shame on me for continuing this charade. I think I may have put my 4th one on yesterday and woke up to cracks today. I thought I paid a lot for the initial protector so I though it was worth it. I now see I can purchase replacements cheaper than the S&H fee. But why would I? This product is pure crap!
I bought this screen protector when I purchased my phone with the selling factor of "lifetime warranty" well that means one replacement and you have to pay $12 for shipping. It started chipping after only a couple months of use. Do not recommend.
The sales representative at the Verizon store talked me into purchasing screen protection for my new iPhone. She said to be sure to register your pure gear screens so that you can get $150 in case your phone is damaged with the screen protection. Filling out their online registration was an incredibly frustrating process. I am sure they made it that way so that you don't finish and say the hell with it and then they don't have to warrantee their product.

This one cracked a day after putting it on, very carefully I might add. No injury, trauma or rough treatment of any kind. Each time I pay the shipping fee and each time it breaks within a month of use. I am at 100 dollars so far and I will stop getting a new one sent as there is no point. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY.
Light weight car keys landed on glass protector chiped edge which has now cracked from small chip all across protector. Did not even last a week on brand new samsung galaxy ultra 22.
Expensive and would be a further $11 shipping to see if warranty any good. I don't recommend this product.
Bell Canada, stop using these folks as a supplier, they actually make you folks look terrible. The product is actually ok (but there are a number of similar ones that do the same job), however, the level of service is awful. Try getting a reply to an email question... nothing. Try getting a hold of a customer service rep... nada. Either they don't have enough people, or they have such a terrible product that they are inundated with calls and emails... either way it's not good..
I bought a Pure-gear tempered glass screen protector from Verizon and it was expensive. I had Verizon install it too. The first time I dropped my phone the screen on my Samsung Note 8 cracked and I had to replace it for $360. I also had an expensive case I bought at Verizon on it. I don't recommend Verizon for selling me junk or Pure Gear for their tempered glass screen protectors that do not work.

Screen cracked in pieces before I could even put it on my phone. Do not purchase and do not recommend.
The free replacement is 12.95 shipping and handling. I have replaced twice. The get hairline cracks easily. Am going back to my wet prep. They last the life of the phone. Cheaper too
