It takes forever to get your order. This company will give false promises to get you to purchase their product but was never true to their words. Never again! I will just finish my supposedly 5 year contract with them to get my supplies that I paid for. It's always a hassle to get my soap deliver all the time. We don't need the unnecessary stress just to get a soap.

As a home owner it is important to me that when I make a purchase with a company that I can trust the work that they do. When they mention the exciting things that make me want to purchase the product or service as a perk sometimes I feel as if I am being played because generally they are lying to create interest in a deal. Once this heating and air company promised us a vacation for the installation of a new system in our home. It was tempting. Although, it was a lie. Another time these contractors said that they would put us up in a hotel. Lie! I will see about the trust I feel about Puronics. Its too bad to have all these negative reports. Sometimes you get a honest sale where a company doesn't need to promise us anything and can come into our home and insulate and leave. I like that. Hopefully I'll be willing and able to report something good about Puronics on Monday. We will see.

Tip for consumers:
Look out for the gimmicky soap trick. Don't buy the soft water for the soap! Buy it for the clean fresh water. The soap is only icing on the cake. They can ship more soap out to you and all. The can get repair people out. Only the best part for me is the soft water. The bags of rock salt are cheap and quality.

Products used:
We ended up using the alkaline water faucet in the kitchen and the soft water throughout the property. We really enjoy it. The soft water salts, Morton's is the brand we chose. It really helps with the taste and flavor, along with health and cleanliness of the water. It feels cleaner. Especially when I shower, and drink water directly from the faucet.

I use the oatmeal bar soap for my son who suffers from severe eczema and it has been a miracle! I absolutely love this product. I want to say a special thank you to Ruth who kindly helped me with keeping up on my order.

We got a whole product line up from this company as part of our water conditioning systems. It is so runny and thin that I either don't add all the water that I am supposed to or end up adding thickening agents. It's really not any better than dollar store products except it is a little more natural. If it wasn't part of the whole package and I just had to purchase it, after trying it there are way better products.

Great service from a great company! Codie in customer service is really excellent and very helpful. She is a superstar. I would recommend these products to anybody and I don't do many recommendations. Five stars all the way around in my opinion. It is hard to find companies like this that care bout their customers

Was incredible helpful in my wanting to get a produce I have use for years. She took time to inquire of
Supply & trouble shoot for me. So patient & understanding. Working in an emergency room it is
Constant washing of hands. The only product i could use for sensitive skin was Pure & Gentle oatmeal
Bars. I have used them for years. Thank you Codie for for help

Do not buy from this company from day one BS and a bunch of lies They're like car salesman. They'll tell you anything to get you to buy the product. I fell for it, once you buy the product you call to get refills they will come up with every excuse underneath the stars to not give you a replacement! I'm warning everybody this company

I received a free five-year supply of "Pure and Gentle" products with my purchase of a Puronics water purification system.
Wow! I'm in awe of such an impressive scam!
First of all, the products are exceptionally weak. The laundry detergent leaves my clothes smelling of sweat. The dish detergent does not remove grease - even after many attempts. The shampoo makes my scalp itch... Need I go on? Plus, the supposed ""concentrates" when mixed as directed produce - water. To be fair, the face soap isn't bad. But their "year's supply" ran out in under six months.
The scam is exacerbated by the fact that they tried to charge me almost $40 in "shipping costs" to get my second year's worth. (Yeah, I ordered again. Hey, it's free). I was not informed of any "shipping costs" when I agreed to this deal.
In the interests of transparency, I'll tell you that when they tried to milk me for those "shipping costs" I gave them two options:
Option A: Send it to me for free.
Option B: I will tell everyone about the scam they are running on every site I can find.
They chose Option B. So be it...

Since I received my new products in the new packaging the laundry soap isn't the same. I prefer the old ones. The new stuff I have is to watery, after I pump it out water keeps coming out, if I'm not careful it will leak all over my washer and cabinet that I store it in.

Don't order product from this company. If your bottle break they don't replace and they make you buy new bottles. CHEAP company. Also they have horrible customer service.

For one, it is shady to me when a company does not disclose their ingredients online. They are cleaner ingredients than traditional brands but they are not 100% pure and all natural. Also, I tried to use my redemption code for my second year's worth of products and I submitted the form online. A month went by and I did not get any notification of shipment or my delivery. I contacted the company and their system's were down but the person I spoke with said she would make sure that they rushed my order when the system was back up and running. A week later I called again and I was told that you have to wait 10 months before re delievering. I told him that I never got an email saying that was the case when I submitted my order nor did the girl call me back to say that. I then asked, ok, so when the 10 months goes by, you will just automatically ship my order out. He goes no, you will have to reorder. They should let a customer now if their order is not going to be processed. Terrible customer service and lack or transparency.
