I wrote a negative review earlier about how Purple Tulsi didn't deliver my three outfits to Singapore. They have since delivered them straight to the wedding venue in India instead and we attended the wedding with the outfits as ordered. Please ignore my earlier review as I cannot delete it but have already asked the admin of sitejabber to delete it. The whatsapp team tried their best to help us and their tracking system was accurate for us to check where the items were.
I bought from here once. It will be the last time. Made this order in November of 2021 from their website. Everything seems hi tech till it comes to fulfillment. Delivery is slow, enquiries are not taken seriously ie no calls picked up or proper explanation until things get heated. A very reactive business. Clothes quality? Slightly above average. A lot of buzz, the final output well. Oklah but that's it. The 2 stars is just purely on clothes. The 3 more stars is because of their poor comms etc.
Always satisfied with Purple Tulsi company, great no-hassle service, great prices and really quick deliveries. Can recommend it for sure.
Order #*******: Order placed for a 3-piece suit on 22 Feb 2023 but one item was not delivered. Immediately informed the supplier about missing item. Initial response: The delay was due to Holi festival and it will be delivered in two weeks. After many rounds of follow ups, the latest stroy is that the item is "under manufactruing" with no definate delivery date! We had bought this item as a gift, which obvuously couldn't be given. Overall, very unreliable and disappointing service!
Hi, your quality of the product is good, prompt delivery, good response by your team members but sometimes not at all the colour of the product is different not at all because of lighting, its totally different sometimes, see below one is good the other one in the website as cream bottom and dupatta but it is pure white lot of difference
Do not believe their next day delivery claims. I made my order on 10 Nov because I saw that the items I picked would be delivered by the next day. It was delivered on 16 November, only after I asked them. Horrible communication on delays.
Absolutely DO NOT believe their claim of providing return and refund. I returned the 2 items ordered in November (Singapore), and was told that refund will take up to 20 days. The items are definitely unused - one wasn't even opened as the size of the other did not fit.
It is now the end of December going into 2024 and I have not received my refund. A delay is fine with me, but absolutely no communication with them has been possible. I have contacted them over Whatsapp, email, website online chat - zero replies. Totally ignored. I lost the money and yet they have the items back with them. I will be escalating this if they continue to remain silent.
I ordered a kurtis dress a size too small. They exchange for me without extra charge. They came and pick up the exchange item and then delivered the new item with one size bigger back to me. Very happy with their service.

Many complain about average quality, or slightly delayed deliveries. But what more do you want for the price, above average clothing, amazing new styles, express delivery options (that stingy people don't opt for). I have been satisfied with my overall experience.
I had brought two dresses from purple tulsi in past and experience was good. They have good delivery service.

I cannot believe in this day and age such businesses still exist who think they can get away with selling cheap quality stuff and blaming their manufacturers. Bought a bunch of clothing for Diwali and just within 10 minutes of wearing the cloth tore. Emailed the company only to receive a reply saying they will offer me 15% discount on the next purchase. After saying no to the offer they then offered me that they are looking for matching pallazo. Who does that? Warning for everyone:- Beware of this company. The quality of clothing is really poor and any monies spent is down the drain.

Bought 3 suits from her for Deepavali and made my purchases a month and a half in advance. Received the suits and found out that 1 suit was not what I had ordered. Her suit sizes are also haphazard - you would have to size up.
She made amendements and asked to return the 1 suit that I had not ordered in replacement for the suit that I had. That was done promptly. However, her witin 4 days of returns is ridiculous. I had put up my return request a day after all my suits had arrived and knew which I wanted and which I didn't. On 17th Oct was when I had initiated return, up till today, no one has collected my parcels and its just sitting outside my flat. So many reasons were given for not collecting the parcel - from the fact that no one was home (false info, there were at least 3 people home but no attempts to contact me was made) to item not being sealed properly (items were both in polymailers inside a bag - apparently that would be rejected, but no one mentioned anything?). Do not believe her returns as it might take months or years for you to get your money back. Ridiculous and her customer service was also bad - at times there would be no replies for hours even though customer service is available from 9am to 6pm. I had to follow up with her a few times to ask if my returns were accepted and that they would be collecting the items. It has been 2 weeks but no one has still collected my items.
Product quality was pathetic. Just don't buy from this site. They are cheaters. They show something on website and give something else quality wise

Purple Tulsi is the worst online platform I have ever used. They are totally pathetic with no intentions to care about customers. They have proved this again and again. I have tried to order 2 times but never received anything. At he time of payment they will commit whatever you say but at the time of delivery they will back out. My recent order for a dress for a very important occasion Karwa Chauth but a day before it they gave some stupid reason and denied the delivery. That left me with no time and options to buy from some where else. Their customer service is super pathetic and no one cares to respond or answer customers issues. My recommendation is to never ever buy anything from Purple Tulsi and use other platforms as they will ditch you at the last movement. I had this experience 2 times. Now a STRICT NO TO BUY ANYTHING FROM PURPLE TULSI.

Please don't make the mistake of placing your order and wasting money on buying products from Purple Tulsi.
I had placed an order at the beginning of April. Other than an order confirmation email, they had not bothered communicating or updating me about the status of my order. After a wait of 2 weeks, I tried communicating through Whatsapp and would receive replies after 2-3 days with promises that it will be delivered on certain days & you guessed it, no delivery. When I started chasing them they handed me the tracking number and told me to check with the courier company, to communicate with the Singapore post because Purple Tulsi cannot be bothered after they have posted the package. It is my job to track down my package and communicate with the courier company. Finally, after communicating with The courier company I received my order by the first week of May. That is not all...
The quality of the clothes is ridiculous. The thread used for stitching is cheap. The look of the clothes is cheap. Even the suit that I ordered was shown as full-length on their website and I received a knee-length kurta. Horrible Experience. I regret to this date paying for something like this. Once again, DO NOT make the mistake of placing an order from PURPLE TULSI.

This is the second time I had a bad experience with Purple Tulsi, so decided to write a review. The first time, a return item was received by Purple Tulsi (as I used Singapore registered post), but they never issued a credit. I got tired of following up for a small sum and decided to let it go. This time, I ordered an item on Aug 31,2018, which was advertised under 2-day shipping. After waiting for 10 days, I followed up with their customer service (they have listed a whatsapp number: 9788 8411), and provided them the details of the order, and never heard back. Thing with whatsapp is, that you know the message is being read and yet nobody responded despite constant following up. It's truly unfortunate, as I didn't want to write a negative review, however, I would advise against using them.
