“So many bugs! Poor customer service.”

Absolutely awful buggy app, you usually get bugs when you've spend at least 30 minutes of your precious time on a survey or when you're three quarters of the way through. They've just recently had an update and it's actually made things worse! Don't expect the customer service to be on your side as no matter the issue it's always YOUR fault never theirs. Don't waste your time on this pile of there are better surveys apps out there.

Hi there,
Sorry to hear you have been experiencing an issue.
For some general advice to help get accepted into surveys, we'd recommend you make sure your survey profile is 100% complete and up to date.
Please remember to take your time when answering surveys and answer all of the questions to the best of your ability. Make sure you don't speed through surveys, give dishonest or inconsistent answers.
Thanks, Jack. Customer Support Manager

Used to be a very good survey site a few years ago.Now its full of rubbish surveys which nine times out ten are a complete waste of time.Customer service should be removing site fillers and misleading surveys. The annoying american drawl pig comments should also be removed.I would reset the survey site as to how it used to be and making it more user friendly

Hi James,
We are aware that some of our users have been experiencing a higher number of survey declines in recent weeks than usual. I'm really sorry about this as I know it is extremely frustrating.
Our Survey Tech Team have been investigating into this over the last couple of weeks and their findings suggest that this has been caused by a couple of reasons including the following:
1. The same surveys have been provided by a number of our surveys partners - which means you may have already taken part in a survey via one survey partner, so if a different survey partner invites you to that survey again, unfortunately, they will have to decline you (as you've already taken the survey).
2. There's been an increase in quality measures by our survey partners which are used to detect poor survey practices such as inconsistencies in survey profiles, straight-lining (providing identical/similar responses to every question in the survey) and speeding through surveys. Survey partners are now more likely to decline surveys for 'quality reasons'. To avoid this happening please check that your survey profile is accurate and up to date and that you are answering surveys to the best of your ability and that you take your time.
3. The survey content is much lower across the whole industry at the moment, which means more declines are likely as the surveys will get filled up more quickly.
I can assure you we are working closely with our Survey Partners to improve the situation, and we really hope they're able to do this very soon - it's very frustrating for us when our users aren't happy and are getting lots of declines.
Thanks, Jack. Customer Support Manager

Today Oct 23 at 8:06 AM sent another follow-up email with no response whatsoever. They are holding my earnings from survey app QMEE hostage as they have restricted my account now for second time in 12 days preventing me from moving my earnings. This is fraud in the worst way as there video on their site states "you can cash out anytime" which is not true as they find reasons to restrict your account for bogus reasons preventing you from moving your earnings.

They have not responded to any email sent since 20th and don't expect to hear from them as they are showing how desperate they actually are to keep my funds I actually earned doing their surveys. This company and this app needs to be shut down and removed from platforms as they steal your time with their fake site telling you all is good that "you can cash out anytime" when in fact it's a lie just to get you to sign up spend your time doing surveys and then not able to transfer your money out as they restrict your account again and never reply. Totally a fraudulent unscrupulous company stealing from people. Picture below shows once again tried to transfer my money out and not happening so when this company posts to send email to get help don't believe it. Again a company that is very fraudulent, deceptive, and unscrupulous in their practices.

Tip for consumers:
Don't believe anything on QMEE 's site as they are not a trustworthy company and if you need proof read all the above plus my original post below. REMEMBER THEY KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING BUT THEY WILL LET YOU BELIEVE THEY ARE GOING TO RESPOND TO YOUR EMAIL ISSUES, HOWEVER THEY DON'T.

Hi there,

Sorry you are not satisfied with the response you have received from our support team.

If we receive feedback from our survey partners and there is evidence of user accounts being operated by one user, in addition to sharing devices and opening multiple surveys to jump between, this is considered fraudulent activity and as per our terms and conditions we reserve the right to close any account that is in conflict with this.

Any balance on the account was accrued during periods of use where we have identified fraudulent activity, they are not valid and are unable to be redeemed.

Unfortunately we will not be able to assist you any further in this matter.

QMEE REPETITIVE ISSUES
October 22nd, 2023
• Previous review

QMEE REPETITIVE ISSUES

1. Oct 8th opened QMEE ACCOUNT and began surveys

2. Did surveys for 7 days and earned $7 89

3. Oct 15th my account placed on hold as accused of duplicate accounts.

4. Oct 18th at 6:10 AM they released hold on my account as I didn't have duplicate accounts.

5. Two days later on Oct 20th before 8 PM my account again placed on hold after having $4.31 in my account and have sent email once again night of Oct 20th asking why you doing this to me again as nothing has changed on my account.

6. Today Oct 21@ 2:20 PM sent follow-up email asking why my account on hold with no response and seems very odd that now not even getting the automatic email you receive once you reach out to customer support.

7. Today Oct 22 at 11:09 AM sent a follow-up email as it's now been three days since my account has been put on hold for second time as they claim first time they put it on hold I had duplicate accounts which proved I did not. But no response, nothing, NADA back. Which leads me to believe this app and people behind it are nothing but scanners or rip off artists as money I legitimately earned by doing surveys can't move at all.

Please be forewarned that you most likely have your account shut down for fraudulent accusations as noted above if you choose to download and do surveys. In 12 days my account was shut down twice ( once after first seven days of using survey app, and second time two days after they released first hold on my account). This app tells you to share this with friends, family and others but minute you do your subjected to ridiculous accusations. After all the questions they ask you prove you did nothing wrong and they proceed to shut your account down for second time after they claim there was nothing wrong with your account in first time when they blocked its use by you, thus they opened it up for you to continue with the app, but again blocked it. In closing any monies you have accumulated may never be transferred out by this company doing this to individuals for no reason and in the end unethical practices by company to increase their bottom line. NOTE - This app and company behind it deserves 0 stars if that were possible.

Tip for consumers:
Beware as with this company you'll wind up spending more down time with their app while they hold your earnings hostage from doing surveys because every other week they lock your account down for same reasons they already stated at first shut down were not true. So be prepared to spend time and lose it as well as your earnings.

Hi - What has happened to this survey site? Of all the survey sites I do,this one is the worst! In the last 15 days,I have only been able to make $4.24 or.28 cents a day! This is a joke! In the last few days I must have tried to complete between 20 and 30 surveys, and have not been able to complete evan one! All I am seeing is "internal server error" or "provider declined the survey" or "survey unsuccessful" or "you didn't qualify" PEOPLE,BEWARE OF THIS SITE. Thanks Russell.

SURVEYS! SURVEYS! SURVEYS! WHERE ARE THEY?
October 17th, 2023

Hi- This is one terrible web site! I am averaging about 50 cents a day! It is just one big waste of time. Usually on survey sites, the rule of thumb is one can expect to be able to complete at least one in every 6 or 7 surveys, but not with Qmee. I am really tired of seeing a little green pig pop un saying unsuccessful or survey full. One day last week, I clicked on 36 surveys before I was able to complete one! They were all full or unsuccessful or stuck! I will be deleting my account at the end of October. GREAT BIG WASTE OF TIME!

BAD SITE!
October 4th, 2023
• Previous review

This is just one terrible survey site. It iis widely known that out of every 5 or 6 surveys,we are supposed to be able to complete at least one. This works well with the other survey sites that I do,but never ever with Qmee. Today alone, I started my day off with this crazy site, and as I write this, I have now tried 26 surveys without being able to complete one! This is terrible! I wast my time, only to be told "refused" or "terminated" or "declined" or "refused entry" by the provider before I even start!. Some even let you complete the survey, and then tell you "refused" and steal all your info! THIS CROOKED WEBSITE HAS TO CHANGE THE WAY THEY DO BUSINESS,OR SHUT DOWN COMPLETELY!

Tip for consumers:

BAD SURVEY SITE
June 9th, 2023

Hi - I see there are quite a few negative reviews, and I agree with them. This is really a BS site, where you can complete surveys and they don't pay you, and steal all your info. In the last week, I must have tried to complete at least 20 to 30 surveys of which I made money on only a few! After completing most surveys, they tell you that the survey is full, or you are not compatable, or the survey was unsuccessful, or I was sppeding through it (not true). Also, I noticed that have added a new excuse before they steal your money! In the middle of the survey it shuts down and tells me that I am allowed to do only one survey at a time! Go figure! The only survey I am doing is the one that shut down! BEWARE-THIS IS ONE OF THE WORST SURVEY SITES AROUND!

Verified purchase

I thought that I finally found a great app and I was happy because I made $5.00 so fast with QMEE.
I tried to cash out to PayPal but Qmee wouldn't let me because I don't have a bank account linked to PayPal. So I chose to put the $5.00 on a gift card. I chose Door Dash and everything went smooth.
I was going to make QMEE my primary app for earning.
Ok, so 3 days later, another $5.00 ready for cash out.
I went to the cash out section and clicked on gift cards. A message appears saying I have to link PayPal to QMEE in order to cash out on a gift card.
WHAT? I just cashed out 3 days ago without a problem. Now I can't even cash out on a gift card.
My dream app was now turning into a nightmare.
So now I send customer service an email about my situation, hoping they can help me. I get a reply that my email was blocked and couldn't be sent to them.
I tried sending another email, same thing, blocked.
WHAT?
Now full blown nightmare mode. Why do companies have to be this way? Ripping us off of the little that we earn. Hours and hours to make a measly five bucks and they won't give me my due or even acknowledge me back. I am starting to lose faith on these side hustle apps. OK, Here is an update. QMEE has contacted me and helped me out completely. Today I just cashed out another $10.00 and my faith is fully restored. I highly recommend QMEE to everyone!

This is one of the worst survey and gaming apps out there. No payout, no rewards. I have had a verified PayPal account for over 3 years and cash out with Survey Spin, Kashkick, Just Play and Best Play on a regular basis. Not only did this app tell me that my PayPal account was invalid, now they are not allowing me to take any surveys. Even the ones that say they are perfect for my profile and I am one of the first people to get the survey. All of the other apps I named, cash out within a minute. 90 days for this amount of money is ridiculous. I am uninstalling this app. This is a fake advertising app and it is just as bad as most of the fake cash games in the Apple Store and Google Play. I hope all of these people and companies are exposed.

Hi there,
Sorry to hear you have experienced an issue.
To receive your rewards you'll need to set up your PayPal account with a fully verified bank account. We use PayPal to verify a users identity, and ensure all of our accounts are owned by genuine users - this protects you and our clients from fraud.
If you aren't sure what it is you need to do, I would suggest contacting PayPal as they should be able to help you. You can find all of PayPal's contact details here: www.paypal.com/selfhelp/homeAs soon as your account is fully verified you'll be able to link it to your Qmee account.

I used to be able to complete a fair amount of surveys but now more often than not there's errors in them that prevent you from finishing them. Also I've complained to them a few times regarding Pollfish surveys that let you reach the end of the survey and then reject it leaving you with wasted time and no payout. Another thing is that some surveys not only don't pay out but you get flagged as giving poor quality responses which is ridiculous. Complete sentences and not speeding through I would assume are quality responses. I think some survey places they're using are doing this on purpose so they won't have to pay out. They need to screen their survey partners better in order to weed out the ones who are profiting from this

REAL REVIEW! (FEB 1ST/2024)
I WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS IF IT WOULD LET ME! FRAUD!
I signed up for QMEE years ago started using it, what a joke ONLY MADE A COUPLE DOLLARS cuz it pays out in cents instead of dollars, if u are in Canada u barely make any money from it. DON'T BOTHER! So I then deleted the app & recently back in January I decided to download it again & give it another shot. Once u try & start a survey it'll either kick u out of the survey or it will take u through two or three rabbit holes & let u start a survey after u answer a whole crap ton of questions that have nothing to do with the survey, only to be kicked out of the survey if u answer something the way they don't like. This happens with almost every single survey. In a week I've only managed to cash out $7.00! Now playing the games is even more hilarious because it takes u days to even accomplish one task which doesn't pay very much again (in cents not dollars), then when u go to cash out from that game it takes "90" days for them to deliver ur payout.(YES YOU READ THAT RIGHT)!

Now the reason for this review is cause of the fraudulent activity that has happened on my credit card account as off 2AM,!...According to my credit card company. So,...Most of the surveys ask personal information bank account info, ur name & D.O.B, where u live, all of this kind of information that is super personal. It's funny how after I complained to Qmee that they were asking me personal questions & trying to sign me up for things that all of a sudden fraudulent activity happens. So apparently my credit card company got a call at 2AM this morning (I was asleep), from someone trying to say that they were me & asked them to cancel my credit card & send another in the mail. But, upon checking with my credit card company, my address on file & the address that the person gave them to send the new credit card to was incorrect. They are refusing to tell me the phone number in which this person called from & the address that was given. After being transferred to five different representatives and being on the phone for almost an hour, I had to get them to cancel this credit card & now send me another one in the mail after they didn't have my permission. Not only is this a huge waste of my time this is very concerning, & a whole lot of unwanted stress. This should be against the law if it isn't already & I feel like Qmee should be shut down especially in Canada. Unfortunately after reading some reviews online about the app, I also see one or two other people who have had fraudulent activity happen to their bank account or credit card. STAY FAR AWAY! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME! I STARTED A CIVIL LAWSUIT AGAINST QMEE!

Hi there,
Sorry to hear you have experienced an issue.
Surveys are about your opinion. However, a survey may sometimes ask you for certain personally identifiable information (PII) such as your name, email address or phone number.
If the survey doesn't explicitly ask for your consent in gathering this information, and explain in detail what information will be collected, and why and how it will be used, please exit the survey.

Hi Sue,

In order for cashouts to remain free for our users, it can take your cashouts longer to process and to arrive in your PayPal account. This is because we have so many users, and so many cashouts to send to PayPal, that it can take them longer to process everything and it means cashouts won't always be instant.

However, don't panic if you don't see your cashout within an hour, as it can sometimes take longer (up to 48 hours, but that's rare) - some cashouts happen quickly, others can take a while, depending on when you cashout and how many times our users are choosing to cash out (the more cashouts, the longer they will take).

Just remember that after cashing out, your rewards will be on their way to you, and you only need to email our Support team if you still can't see your rewards a minimum of 48 hours after cashing out.

If you have contacted our Support team, you'll get a response within 72 hours (as the automated email you'll have received mentions) - you only need to email the team once, as they reply in date and time order (so if you keep emailing, your emails will be pushed back). Don't worry, as soon as the team get to your email they will reply!

Thanks,
The Qmee Team.

They pay a pittance, often mislead about the time one needs to sacrifice and I don't like them.
They don't respond in any meaningful manner to anyone about anything. They are devoid of transparency and totally scammy.

Tip for consumers:
They bunch surveys together, you sometimes complete a dozen surveys and get paid for one. They steal about 90% of what you earn. It's disgusting and I am doing all I can to get this dodgy industry regulated as they have personally made me quite angry.

This site is just a data mining site at this point. They regularly send out surveys that "glitch out" upon completion or are otherwise rejected upon completion.

Customer service is basically no help at all and they just respond with the same canned responses over and over. They just tell you to give them the specific survey code so they can look into it but these conveniently disqualified surveys do not even show up in your list, effectively giving you no way of reporting specific surveys.

They used to actually pay when you completed surveys, Now it's just a scam that they use to gain survey answers and then upon completion will constantly error out and get out of paying you after spending 30+ minutes on a survey for a few cents. This is digital slave labor at its finest. There are many more legit ways to make a few cents per hour. I would highly recommend trying places that actually pay upon completion.

Hi there,
Thanks for getting in touch.
We are aware that some of our users have been experiencing a higher number of survey declines in recent weeks than usual.
Our survey providers have a lower number of surveys available than usual for this time of year. We're hoping the amount of available surveys will increase soon.
Less surveys means more users are entering into the same surveys, and they're filling up much faster - which means more errors are occurring. It can seem like you're being rejected for surveys, but it just means they're not syncing up as quickly as we'd like once they've been declined or reached their quota limit.
None of the information you give for a survey that gets declined by the survey provider is kept or used by them (or by us) - it's deleted by the survey provider. They can only keep/use the information given during a survey that is deemed as successfully complete by them and for which you’ve received the reward.
Thanks
The Qmee Team

This site would be ok if they didn't have a corrupt organisation namely pure spectrum on there. Pure spectrum are not offering any surveys and a general search of the company suggests they are corrupt. I have reported this to qmee many times now to no avail. This leads me to believe qmee do not vet any of the survey providers they use and therefore be very careful what information you give. To see if it's a pure spectrum survey just click at the bottom of the survey and the details of the provider come up. If it's pure spectrum, exit straight away.

You can sometimes go through an entire survey taking 15+ minutes, and it will say you've been disqualified when you've already given them all of your information, super shoddy.

Have also finished a survey and been told on the third party survey website to wait to be directed to claim reward, only to have Qmee page tell me the survey had rejected me. Absolute scam. Avoid if possible.

Absolutely awful.
Qmee state that they only choose surveys suitable for you based on info that is on your profile, so why when the majority of surveys ask you for info that's already on your profile do they find you not suitable for the survey.
Also it's unbelievable the amount of surveys that you get more than 75% of the way through and then they go "sorry, you weren't suitable" and you get paid nothing. This is not only annoying but really suspicious after it's asked you loads of personal information like where you live, the ages of hour children, your income.
Whats finally prompted me to write this review? I got 97% through a 10 minute survey only for it to say "sorry, you weren't suitable".
Oh and don't bother using the contact us option, it opens up the email option which you complete (many times) but they never get replied to.
Update: 2 surveys now 97% complete after 10 mins and then all of a sudden I don't meet the criteria.
As you can see from 1 screenshot out of 10 surveys attempted/completed I've only been paid for 2.

I have been doing surveys for many months with Qmee. I went to redeem my points for gift cards a few days ago and was asked to sign up for Paypal. They didn't require you to have a Paypal account to complete surveys. This changed over night. I don't have PayPal account and I don't trust PayPal with a my bank account. I contacted customer service at Qmee and they were NOT helpful at all. I feel like this is fraud because they still owe me for all the surveys completed.

Been on the site for a year and only complaint was age discrimination.
(I'm 75). I'm still healthy and I am a consumer, but as soon as these survey people see my age, it's goodbye Charlie. Now I can't even get what little money I have made from Qmee to PayPal. I called PayPal and they the problem was with Qmee. Qmee says it's PayPal's
Fault. It always worked before so why is there a sudden problem. Can't get a phone number for Qmee so I'm just stuck, I guess.

I joined this site yesterday and managed to earn a whopping $0.03 after a few minutes of questions. Most of the surveys that they provide ask you questions for 5 or 10 minutes, then tell you that you don't qualify or that they don't need any more participants at the very end. I then tried one of the other ways of earning cash, but after signing up for an offer worth $32 that I was genuinely interested in, the site stops working (of course, I didn't earn any cashback).

I've contacted their support team, but I've yet to receive a non-canned response from an actual human.

This company will blame you, the survey providers, or anyone other than take the blame themselves for the reason that you don't get paid for completing entire surveys. It's disgusting! I've been using Qmee for over 2 years and the last 6 months it has slid all of the way to the bottom of the hill.

Hi there,
Thanks for your feedback.
Our survey providers have a lower number of surveys available currently, which means content is low at the moment.
Less surveys means more users are entering into the same surveys, and they're filling up much faster - which means the rate of declines has increased. It means that users are being declined nearer to the beginning of surveys, as they're reaching their quota limit much faster.
We are working closely with our survey partners to improve the situation.
Thanks
The Qmee Team

Qmee is by far the very best Survey site that you're gonna find, hands down. Of course you will not be invited to take every survey that's offered but that's how all survey sites are, QMee is definitely the best.
No other site provides you with a no minimum consistent payout.
I've been a member for 3 weeks now.

Qmee really needs to hold the survey providers responsible. I get dropped more than not. Some drop me after one or two questions. Others drop you just before you finish. That's dirty. They get your opinion for free. JB Powder is very good at that. They offer the most pay but dump you just before you finish. Qmee should make the providers pay you according to the time you spent in the survey. Something is better than nothing for your time. To let the providers get away with that is a rip off.

Hi Jennie,
Thanks for getting in touch.
Our survey providers have a lower number of surveys available currently, which means content is low at the moment.
Less surveys means more users are entering into the same surveys, and they're filling up much faster - which means the rate of declines has increased.
None of the information you give for a survey that gets declined by the survey provider is kept or used by them (or by us) - it's deleted by the survey provider.
If you have completed all your surveys, why not take a look at your cashback and gaming tabs to see what other easy earners we have for you!
Thanks, Jack. Customer Support Manager

Qmee it's amazing sight to do surveys where you get instantly paid out to your PayPal account. It is an amazing sight I love it and it's fun to do. So if you want to get quick cash, Qmee is the way to go.

Tip for consumers:
You are only allowed to have one account.

Products used:
Qmee surveys, and cash back offers.

Qmee is nothing but a scam site. They'll pay you to be fair but you'll get declined from dozens of surveys before getting that precious twenty five cents, and that stupid fat pig will blame you for it in the end.

Don't fall for the allure of it's.1 cent cash out policy. I use it for beer money and it takes me 2+ hours just to make a little over 2 dollars. Literally the most incompetent company I've ever seen and they gleefully love keeping your data.

Some days it has taken me nearly six plus hours of taking surveys just to make two dollars. You don't want to use this site.

Tip for consumers:
Don't.

Products used:
Nothing.
