This past March I purchased a Spellbinders Platinum machine, and at the time asked if they thought it may arrive in 2 weeks (address was in AZ and I am in CA), and was told they didn't know until they got the tracking number. They NEVER told me it was coming from China. After many weeks I received a small pkg. With some cable in it (so the package said... I never opened it) I notified them and asked for my money to be returned, and they tried EVERY way to get me to pay $ to them for one reason after the other. It is now the end of October 2021 and have received NO money and cannot even get a response to my MANY Emails. THEY are SCAM artists so have nothing to do with this deceptive company. No product and no returned money!
