Ordered an item in stock. Two weeks later was told item out of stock. Two weeks later told item shipped. Was given a tracking number when clicked on brought you to a shipping container site. Tracking number no good. 30 days later after writing numerous messages was told original package didn't ship and a new package shipped and would be another 18 to 26 days with a new tracking number that was no good. Requested a refund many times to no avail, had to contact my credit card company. After 60 days, i was not about to wait another 26 days to see if this would show up. Avoid REALITEE CO

I ordered an "all natural" flea collar for my dog from this site. Apx. A week or so after I placed the order, I received tracking info showed that this product was shipping from China!
1) I don't trust any pet products that come from China, so, I would have not place my order if I had known this info prior.
2) It's been over a month and the product has yet to arrive.
