“Utterly Useless Support”

Extremely disappointed at the level of support. I have had extensive issues with trying to login to their site. I contacted support multiple times and told them I cannot login. I have explained the issue. It is a simple authentication issue with the site login. I have had NO end of troubles trying to get this resolved. I would have liked to buy some more product but with such a pitiful level of support attached to their operations, I would say to anyone, don't waste your time. Support is a reflection of the core organization. If you cannot support customers you should not be in business. I wouldn't recommend purchasing from them at all. Go elsewhere because if you need support you will be jerked around.

I paid for Reason Suite
I paid for Reason Suite. After upgrading my computer the offline validator is no longer supported after they released Reason 12. I have to be online to use it, despite the fact I am a sailor who is often FAR from an internet connection. They are stealing from us. That was no included in the EULA I signed. I paid near 1000$ for the main software and add-ons.
