I was very pleased to have run across this website. I was looking for a shoe company that would give me exactly what I needed and RebelsMarket fulfilled my need more than I could have imagined. I would recommend them to anyone. Excellent company.
Rebels market is a scam operation, they charge sellers $40 to join their site, then they don't pay their sellers for the orders received. Sellers beware and buyers think twice before giving your money to these crooks, the seller you are buying from will never receive it.

The gothic jacket was actually sent from Pakistan, so close to 100% that your parcel will go thru custom: fair enough!
They sent me a 3XL jacket that actually was FOUR (4) inches short of their advertised size chart on both cheet and waist! They sent another one in a rush with the midget size armpit for a 50" chest. Worst thing worst, I had to pay TWICE custom and custom clearance fees which turned out to cost 70$ (the price of the jacket).
Rebels market didn't even bother to ask to resend the wrong sized jacket as it'd cost them more in shipping than the cost to manufacture.
Because it was the manufacturer's fault, I requested a refund of the second custom fees but they haven't even replied, and yet it's the middle of the week.
The jacket is ok built but nothing worth the 100$ they initially charge

Nothing on the site indicates it's all shipped from china. A month after ordering I asked why it was not showing any tracking other than in transit and they told me it's out of stock and want me to buy something else. Demanding a refund, will get one from credit card due to fraud if I don't hear back soon. Terrible customer service
My outfit was very cute and better than I imagined. The shipping was slightly delayed so I haven't been able to wear the outfit yet, but I'm definitely going to find another occasion to wear it!

Definitely most items are not quality which is made from China and there is no return. You can return it but you have to pay for shipping which all the way down to Philippines. Shipping is much more expensive then item itself. There is no return label. They don't pay for shipping.
I am just a student barely bought shoes, terrible quality and hurt my toes so badly. Now I can not return it and I can not purchase another shoes because I spent my last money for shoes.

Con artists on the platform and they allow it. They dont understand how severe it is when they allow people on the site to sell or con people into buying things that are different from what they think they are purchasing. They didnt send my item until I opened a dispute then they send the wrong item and the item they send is broke. And they blame the broken item on the shipping company. This site and seller are a joke and a disgrace. Close the site down.

Awesomely wide selection of clothing and accessories, but there is a bit of a catch. Some of the products will take an extended period of time to arrive. Now if your not in a hurry and just looking to fill you closet out then it's ok, but if you have a timeline you want to stick to, say it's a gift just be aware some items come from over seas and you're gonna be waiting. For what it's worth, all the product I have purchased been worth the wait!
Ordered masks and after weeks of waiting I am given the runaround that the items shipped. It clearly states that the label has been created and nothing has been delivered by USPS for shipping. Bought through paypal, fortunately. They refuse to cancel the order and refund my money claiming the order has shipped. Just look through the recent reviews. This is fraud, pure and simple.

We had sent you an email from our Premium orders email address instead of our Support email address (This is because we didn't receive any emails through our support system from you) that it may take 48 hours for the manufacturer to provide an update, we responded back to you within 24 hours providing the tracking information. Unfortunately, Covid19 has caused some delays with shipments due to the need for social distancing.
It can take 72 hours for the tracking to update in USPS's system normally, however, they are also experiencing delays due to Covid and may require more time to scan shipments in. As we advised, we are more than happy to assist with a return for a full refund once you receive the items, or if you are able to call USPS to refuse the package. Once the package is received by the warehouse, we are always more than happy to assist with a return.

I ordered a hooded sweatshirt and chose size large as a US size, implying the purchase was within the USA. After paying, I received an email saying they were changing the size to 3XL since these were Asian sizes and that would equal L in US. This was the first sign I had been duped. Then the shirt took several weeks to arrive. When it did, it is VERY thin, NOT like a sweatshirt at all. It is also misshapen and long. In short, I do not like it and feel I paid 3 times what it is worth, which would be about ten dollars, if priced to reflect its quality. I made 2 purchases in one at this site - first and last.

Really cool website that sells things you can't find anywhere else. One-stop goth shop. I have ordered a purse, which I'm in love with, and a coat, which did not fit (despite the reviews saying that it ran large) and I will be returning. Excellent customer service, although I am contacting the seller directly regarding the return and not Rebels Market so fingers crossed.

Beware. I ordered multiple items from multiple sellers and after weeks of sitting in a "Pending Shipping" status, I reached out to inquire when the item might ship. One seller told me that the item was defective and the other told me it was out of stock. WTF?! I spent over $100 both times, never to get anything. Both times I had to open a dispute to get a refund. I would not recommend buying anything form here.

I've never had an issue with receiving any of my orders. Customer service is attentive to any inquiries. Some of the merchandise sold on the sight is overpriced and you can find for a fraction of the price elsewhere. That's my only issue with the site, otherwise it's great.

I got an email response like the day after I left my review... the person who handles them had been away. They handled my refund once I provided tracking. Could not have been more accommodating. I might try the smaller size of the same product because it was good quality, but I still cant get into the website so I'll probably have to create a new account.

In case somebody with the company actually is paying attention, this is about order #RMP*******351. I received my order and it's good quality (which it should be for the price), but it's WHOA big so I need to exchange it. I emailed *******@rebelsmarket.com on 7/25 and received an auto response that they'd answer me within 24 hours. I haven't heard anything. Meanwhile, apparently I forgot my password, and their password reset system is glitchy so when you enter your new password it doesn't take it, the boxes just go back blank when you hit "change password" and you get no confirmation, so I can't login to the site either and try to initiate an exchange that way either. My guess is that they ignore you and lock you out of the site until you're outside the return window. Meanwhile I'm out $80+ and stuck with an item I can't use.
Write a review based on personal experience. In this store there is no quality control of the goods sold. There was a feeling that the sellers presented on the website, with the help of it get rid of defective, stale goods. Buy at your own risk. I've had no luck. The first time came jeans with a defective print. True the money was returned. Immediately ordered other jeans and they came on 31st of sizes, leg size 28th. This time the shop didn't even bother to answer the letter. Money, naturally, was gone. Apparently the stock of decency had been exhausted after the first time.
