I used redeem vacations last year. I got a lovely hotel in Sydney close to the markets and public transport. It was great

Haven't been to either destination yet but it seems like a great deal but i will let you know upon completion of both vacation sites

Already got screwed through a time share presentation and let the redeem vacations people convince us their presentation would be nothing like the timeshare and guaranteed 90 minutes or less. Was 112 minutes from start with salesman until they walked us to the redemption center...

Due to my time frame to travel, it did hinder my ability to make a choice between many of the hotels offered, but aside from that, service has been EXTREMELY prompt, easy, no pressure, and no "fine print" that needs to be looked through meticulously. The price paid was OUT OF THIS WORLD and I will not hesitate to come back in the future! Well deserved 5 star rating!

I have received my offer I haven't used it yet to go in details if it's real or not. This is my first time and I haven't even been where I am going to even see the place to rate but when I do go I definitely will explain how my overall experience was. Thanks for the opportunity I'm grateful. Ooooh and I had to pay $93 and some change for taxes and fees but I'm sure that's money for this website. They have to make money too I guess. That's my honest opinion so far.

This was my first time using Redeem Vacations and what a great experience! The hotel was very nice. The communication throughout the process was impeccable - they even messaged us as soon as we checked in to make sure everything went well. I highly recommend!

Easy to navigate the site and good communication. Hopefully the holiday will be at a nice hotel.

I booked with RedeemVacations and was sceptical about the deal. I upgraded the room for a high floor/ balcony and was very satisfied with the room. Other than the patio door not sealing (and within 10 minutes of calling reception, the maintenance person was there and repaired it immediately) I had no concerns. I wanted a fridge and had one within 10 minutes of calling down to the front desk ($10.00 a night). The hotel was very clean, trash cans were emptied regularly, the environment and staff COVID aware. Each interaction I had with staff from the hotel, they were polite, courteous and professional. I would stay here again and would book with RedeemVacations - I was within15 minute drive of everything I wanted. Picture from the hotel balcony, a trip to the beach and the pier.

So far so good, the process has been very simple. We'll see what happens once we actually get there.

Wanted to try it out to see if it's for real because I might consider offering this as a promotion to my staff and clients.

Awarded to us a vacation for Hawaii. I would love to use it in the next week when I go visit my daughter who lives there but we have to book 30 days in advance. Otherwise, loved the introductory video that answered so many questions. Can't wait to travel.

Embassy Suites, Hot Springs, Arkansas range $116 to $166 per night depending on what room is chosen. $45 for taxes and fees seems a bit excessive. If I use my Hilton Honors app and I chose a king size bed corner room, I would only have to spend $138 per night and the taxes would only be $20. I don't understand why I had to pay $45 and some change.

So far we have two vacations for the price of one almost. Just don't know what he extra costs are for the The Fives Resort stay for 5 nights? Is All Inclusive included and if not how much

The hidden hotel is in a good location. It was a little to dark for my liking, I didn't care for the view(just buildings), staff was very friendly and no microwave in the room,( it was one down stairs though I found out later).
I was also able to get a weekend stay without paying any extra. Im just giving my opinion it's not a complaint. Overall I'll give the experience with redeem vacations a 4 out of 5 stars!
