I called Restoro about a computer problem that their software program didn't fix. They promised to get it fixed guranteed but I would have to allow remote operation of my PC to repair it. Only later did I find out that the repair was done by an outfit called Reimage Plus. The Restoro representative was very slick and easily talked me into paying for a three-year repair service agreement costing $611 (U.S. Dollars). I could have bought a new laptop for that money. Was that kind of expenditure worthwhile? Only after three years will I know. Reimage Plus [located in the UK] will not provide a full refund unless I allow them to restore my PC back to the way it was before they repaired it. I feel like I got scammed. I would accept a cancellation of the 2nd and 3rd year of service for a refund of $400 dollars.
I spent hundreds of dollars for their service and the last 4 times I contacted them for assistance they haven't helped anything, I spent 10 hours on the phone with them yesterday and nothing was resolved. Some employees are rude when you get frustrated with them for not helping. If I could give it 0 stars I would. Save your money and don't bother. Truly a waste of everyone's time and energy and money.
Complete satisfaction from the start with ReimagePlus. All the support staff, Nestor (?) and Jesus were very professional and thorough. My problem was diagnosed very quickly and I was provided several options. I chose the online service. Didn't have to take my computer to a repair center - all done very expertly, efficiently and in record time. My highest recommendation.

I purchased Reimage today and when I tried to activate it i had to call to have it activated. They did a scan of my computer and said it was infected with a virus and they could fix it for $$$. While I was on the phone there was a power interuption. Now my computer won't boot up even in safe mode. Don't waste your money!

I am very happy with the way they fixed my computer and how quick it was! But the first person I spoke to over the phone was condescending and kept trying me to buy a more expensive version of the product.

I used this as a last ditch effort to fix my laptop that suddenly crashed right before my midterm and the help webiste i was on looking for solutions said this was good. Well it didnt work so i went to get my money back and after being passed around to 4 or 5 customer service reps asking the same questions i had answered cause they didnt look at the previous chats i had no responses for over 2 weeks and had assumed i was scammed. Then out of nowhere i got an email from reimage escalations saying they canceled my subscription and refunded me. So in the end they did right but it was an awful process to get there. I sent a lot of emails all had screenshots of my previous emails and pictures of my computer being broken. If youre a masochist youll love the site.

I actually could connect to a real live human being in fairly short order, and my problem was solved quickly. I also commend Kim, Jesus and Mohammed on being very pleasant to work with on top of being skilled and professional. It's nice to know that customer service and satisfaction aren't lost arts as it so often seems in other areas I deal with. Note below: session was a combo of telephone & live chat.
They advertise to fix your PC for $ 27.95 but that is only for PC scan. THEN, if you want them to fix the problem they "find" it is a variety of upcharge options that can be HUNDREDS of $$$. OH, and you dont get the $ 27.95 back. Norton fixed it in 20 minutes for $19.95. Very nice woman on the phone but otherwise a total waste of $$

I have been a customer for over a year, I called and spoke with one of their tecks. They immediately hook me up with another tech he went through my computer with a fine tooth comb. My computer now works great.

This is a great experience as didn't realise there was so much wrong with my computer I really was amazed when I saw the errors, I don't use my computer as much as did normally when I was needing it for my craft and photos, but this programme has been a God send and would highly recommend to everyone who wants there computer running well, and the staff are very polite and the price I paid for this service was very good, better prices for longer periods. This company advertises a servicxe for 1 year and tghe invariably they do a scan and tell you you need to buy the upgraded package. Thew woman i had was rude. They "record the conversations for quality and training purposes." I would love to play it back - clearly the company's phil0osophy and marching orders to the tech you speak with is "sell the upgrade..." Very arrogant whenm I told her I just want the package I was sold and her response is..."oh I understand you dont really want to fix the problem" RUN, DO NOT WALK -RUN FROM THESE SHYSTERS!

Get a U.S. Company to handle your computer issues. These guys are liars...they are only looking to sell a higher cost product to you!

At 72 years old, i wasn't born into the computer age and never had the time to take classes for it so i'm a self taught beginner. This is my third laptop in the last ten years to end up with major problems. Thank God for sending me a technician who was able to repair it and bring it back like new before it too would have ended up in the scrap pile.

I purchased this product on the recommendation from Firefox and others, as a way to get rid of the 'Yahoo Search Redirect' malware on my computer. After downloading the program and running it and rebooting; the issue was still there. No fix.

I made the mistake of purchasing this product because it came up on an internet search I had with my computer, My Windows 10 kept giving me an error code " default gateway unavailable"; On the site it said download this program to fix the problem. It's a scam please protect yourself and don't purchase this. They don't even have support staff on duty.
The technical support team resolved, over 2 plus days, resolved a series of issues: extremely slow bootup and operating apps, 2x2 wifi card not functioning and low speeds, and HP Officejet Pro 8620 would not connect up to wifi network after upgrading Router and 2019. Windows 10 Upgrades September. This was preceded by my 12-16 hrs trying to resolve all especially HP 8620 issues and wifi download and upload speed. I have experience although am 76 yrs old but used Windows/DOS for past 25 years plus.
Tip for consumers:
These services from Tech Support are not inexpensive. Chat about pricing. In considering 1 year unlimited also is costly if have more than 1 computer. Pricing, after conversation, improved significantly in $Canadian, Important for now retired Canuck.They really stuck with it till all the software problems were resolved and endured I understood how to do same on 2nd Windows !0 computer with same issues.

Despite to obvious costs, I am delighted to know that the PC is now running faster and is clear of all foreign bodies. The help extended was pleasantly passed on and proved to be necessary. I am hopeful that the same effect can be achieved with my Wife's Laptop tomorrow. Not sure I welcome the time spent, but if as a consequence it avoids further problems, then the time and monies spent can be justified, Again many thanks for the help and time given.
