This is a scam website. Eiffel tower is map location. Another address in Australia listed on website. Never sent the stuff I ordered. No communication, has to file dispute with credit card

I was trying a new business. I bought a product from them. Will its been over a month and i still dont have the product. I have sent e-mails and there has been no e-mail back. Then i have sent in for a REFUND on the product and i still have not heard from them or seen the product. That is not good business.

I never received my order... I have been waiting for more than 2 weeks and they did nor send a tracking number. These bastards!

I placed an order on June 14th and the order status was updated to "fulfilled" on June 30th with a UPS tracking number. But the item still has not been shipped until now. I have contacted customer services many times through emails and phone calls, but still no response yet.
Their website is no longer available now so I think it is just a defrauding website.

Ordered an item on Google Shopping, waited week with no response, then got an "out of stock" message, cancelling the order. Nevertheless, even after the order was cancelled for no stock, the vendor still shows the item as available on Google Shopping and their own Web site. This is fraudulent, and it's obvious that this vendor can't manage their own inventory. I'll shop elsewhere.

I was excited about this purchase, but when I put in my payment information, and it only took out the first "installment" i got nervous. I never clicked anything that agreed to make payments nor could I go back and correct my mistake. So I just called my card company, and changed the card number, reporting fraud. I never got the product and that's just fine. I decided to purchase this on Amazon and pay the extra $20.

This company is a complete scam. I placed an order on 6/22. It is 7/7 and I have not received my order, nor have I gotten a response to my emails. I got a shipping notice on 6/30 but there has been no activity on the tracking number since the label was created. When you try to call them you get a generic recording that just says to leave a msg. Do not order from this company! All the good reviews are clearly fake.

Paid for dishes for wedding present! Nothing yet! Why does clicking on their phone number come up with a map of Paris, France highlighting the Eiffel tower?

I ordered late in June with expedited shipping and they said it shipped but it's been over 2 weeks and nothing. They've only created the shipping label and haven't answered any of my messages. Going to report as a scam

Even after several attempts to contact customer service by email and phone I never was responded to. I needed to get information from Brands Republic to file a claim for not receiving my product via UPS. The deadline has passed to file a claim with UPS and I am without my product or money.

Its been more then 10 days and i have not recieved my order. After many emails and writing bad reviews I got an email that my product is shipped but in reality it was not because only shipping label was created to keep me quiet but merchandise was never handed over to ups. I never received my product. They are thieves. They stole my money. I am frequent online buyer but this was the first time I opted for some unknown and unreliable website. Please stay away from them. This is my second review they deleted my first review somehow. They are scam.

I ordered a 16 piece dishware set I've had my eye on for a while. I placed my order June 16, and shipping said it would take 3- 5 business days to process my order and shop out. Ok, no big deal. It is now June 28, and my order still has not shipped. It's been 12 days! 8 whole business days! I have not received any communication about my order. I even emailed customer service to find out when the order would ship. I still have not received a response from anyone. Terrible company. At this point, I just want my money back.

This site is so screwed up, I ordered a product but never received it, and now they're hounding me to death with requests for answers to their performance survey! Do yourself a favor and do NOT order anything from Brands Republic.

Please stop don't buy from BRAND REPUBLIC. They are fake. They will charge you and you will get nothing. They charged me $160 and send me nothing. Don't get entrapped by their low prices. They are thieves and will rob you. All other good reviews are fake.

Was very reluctant to purchase due to such good pricing for what was offered. Had to be too good to be true. No Paypal or other payment options except credit cards. No reviews for this site were found. Decided to take a risk and order four fans. Only two fans arrived. Both of these fans say refurbished. That is alright but the plastic housings are smashed making the fan cage not set flush and having to duct tape just to try to use them. I have left three messages now and sent an email with no responses back. It says a 24 hour phone line, an automated system answers. When asked to hear a employee directory it doesn't exist. Where are my other two fans? Just after purchasing these fans the same night we looked through the website some more, the same fans went from $15 each to $40 each. I have inquired to them if this how their website works? Send half the order, broken items, now have cc information, refuse to answer my questions, no reviews. Sounds like a scam to me. So why am I asked to give feedback now? I hope I get a response when some one from the company sees this.

We were sent the wrong item, we wrote back to you guys on the same day and no one has written back to us. Now you send us a request for a review.

Sent 3 emails and no response as to where my order is. Been 2 weeks already. Next is a dispute.

It was very easy for this company to take my money but I haven't heard anything from this company about my order or reponse from my inquiry about my order. Don't buy anything from this company!

I ordered 2 displays and never received them. Never received tracking info. I wasn't able to reach customer service. I tried emailing twice and calling to cancel the order.

Shopping with them is fine but receiving your actual order is a whole different story. Its almost like why give us choices to pick certain pots and pan sets when you send the customer whatever you see fit. I mean dont get me wrong the pots and pans received are in great condition but not what i ordered.

I have never received the product and never found anybody to talk to jfor assistance

The shipping policy states that we should get our order in 7-10 business days. I completed an order more than 2 weeks ago and have no shipping/status updates. The contact information is email only and I have had no response. The phone number on the website is automated.

I ordered an off-set patio umbrella, wine colored with solar lights. I received (much later) an orange colored umbrella with no solar lights. I have written four e-mails and left three voice messages at their 'customer service' number over the past few weeks and nobody has returned my call or responded. Since I paid for something more expensive and received something that cost less, I have filed for a chargeback with my bank.
