I was confused on several levels of how and why I was seeing my information on "people finder" sites again. The representative I spoke with on the phone very quickly located my previous subscriptions and clearly explained what was going on. So often in today's world customer support is impatient and even condescending and it can be like pulling teeth to get clear accurate information. Thankfully that was not my experience today. Would like to see an example of what happens if someone ‚digs deeper‘. I can look at the top 10 search hits myself, don‘t really need you for that... what old articles from opinions I wrote 20 years ago are still around? Things that might make someone think I still believe whatever I might have written and don‘t even remember myself.

Needs more clarity for finding right person when common name. She. Wrong data comes up should be able to know how to mark it if it's not you. Neutral? Or frown face?

I would like to include my name as well. Report was buried compared to how easy your commercial made it seem.
