The Customer Service Agent who spoke with me on the phone was incredibly friendly and helpful. I had no further issues. I do have to mention that using the 'Chat Now' option through the website, did not work. It said I connected with "Jair A", but I did not receive a response. Disappointing. Other than that, once I called Resume-Now directly, my issue was resolved in a timely matter. Thank you!

But the point of the site is to get your credit card number and billing authorization, because in the fine print, this is a monthly subscription for $24/month - which of course, is silly. No one knowingly subscribes. The punchline is, when you call India to cancel, the pretend to cancel - but don't. The only way to cancel is to cancel your credit card.

Jonathan was amazing I had an issue with billing. It turns out that I had an older account from 2014 and that was the account that was activated. Jonathan discovered that was the issue as I already had $24.99 taken out from my banking account for my new account. Jonathan quickly fixed that and gave me a discounted price of $9.99. The resume did work and worked well, however, the billing and subscription process was confusing, not knowing I was going to get billed more after, I asked for a refund for the money that was taken out of the account and was refused which was very disappointing.

After I was done, I realized that I forgot to enter one of the education.
In order to have the years of the education in timely order aligned, I had to delete half of the education I already entered.
It would be more convenient if it would be possible to add something between the already entered information.

I discovered 36 charges from BLD*RESUMENOW *******348 on my debit card totaling over $800.
I spent 2 weeks trying to resolve this issue with customer support. After threatening a BBB and FTC dispute they finally located my debit card and admitted the charges were fraudulent (under a different account name).
Yet they did not refund the charges.
I was able to file a chargeback for 4 charges, but I'm still out $798.40 for the other charges from 2018/2019. I don't check this debit card account because I don't use the debit card, lesson learned. However, this company should be help accountable for not refunding fraudulent transactions.
