She set up a call with me within a day of me signing up for the service and was very thorough in her questions, ensuring she captured all the information needed to update my resume. I worked with Shelly at Resume Zest because my resume was outdated and insufficient for the direction I am moving in healthcare. I have been a Registered Nurse for 16 years now! Reasonably straightforward. My only confusion came with the pricing/description changes between entry -level and professional. Because yes I have have 5+ years of work experience but not for the job I want/degree I have. Thus I had hesitance picking out which service to get.

Overall what a great experience! I want to personally thank Lori for all of the time and diligent work she did restructuring my resume. She was consistent about following up via email. She was insistent on getting my feedback and impressions on what I liked and any improvements I might be interested in. She is not only great at her craft but a please to work with!

My initial experience with ResumeZest was a bit problematic...because I did not provide them with sufficient information/material I thought I had sent. Put another way, I was the problem.
