The site is quick, clean and easy to use. That's all you can ask from a web design standpoint. The products also look to be very high quality (I haven't installed them yet). And, made in the heart of the USA in Wisconsin. I love buying from and supporting local and national manufacturing companies. I recommend displaying a "Made in America" point on the product slides. I had to find the manufacturer's address to find out which made my decision to buy immediate.
The ordered light bulb did not work. I had to pay 10.90$ to return it, and also was told I had to pay for the original promoted "free shipping" since I returned it. No consideration that I returned it because it did not work. So I paid 32$ for a lightbulb that did not work, and 22$ for shipping, so my refund will only be 10 $. I lost 22$ on this. I will never order again.
Hoped that delivery is quick as placing the order. Amazon gets it there faster, but this pricing was better.

So far, very good. I have only placed my order. It has not been shipped yet. But, I the company before placing my order, and the service rep was very knowledgeable and professional. Checkout process was easy.

Need to know shipping point to see I want to change shipping method. Not sure why it took three days to arrive if it was priority delivery, otherwise all is well.

Shopped w RE Williams Contractors in the past. Like their site and products. Stopped carrying the overhead storage racks I liked though! :-(
The web-site made it easy to place an order compared to all other sites & companies I have ordered from in the past. Delivery was very quick. I used rewci because of the free shipping when others were charging for delivering the same product. Very impressive service and IS tools.

These replacement feet for the telescoping ladder #1205 were ridiculously expensive and although the shopping experience was great, I will look for a different option next time if I need to replace these.
The Site was very easy to use and the turn around time from placing the order to receiving it was less than a week. The product was as advertised and because of it's small size it fits under the bed with ease. Another nice perk is the storage bag which most other latter's of this type don't have. Finally, it should be noted that our house has modern window sills which are narrow in comparison to older homes. The latter hooks fit our windows perfectly, so not a problem. I'd buy another.

The unit looks great and seems to work great so far.
The only complaint is that on the website, the unit's color was white.
The unit I received was black - not a big deal.
I just turned it on today because the weather got colder.
Once I confirm that it meets my needs, I plan to order several more.

A pop up appeared stating if I completed the order it would be tax free....however I was still charged $1.98 tax.
Item was sent Priority mail. Was ground service available? If so I must have missed it. I don't recall having an option.
It is great to find a needed item so easily on line and arrange to buy it and have it delivered to my home. Your site was easy to navigate and I really appreciate that.
Easy to order, a bit pricey. The fan was bent a little but not bad. Not installed yet, hopefully it will work o.k.
all went smooth from ordering to delivery. No instructions with the remote so had to look them up online to figure out how to get the remote to sink with the fan. It does work.
Website contained pertinent info about the product to ensure correctness of order.
UPS ground shipping fee a bit high. Would prefer USPS shipping,
your homepage advised of free shipping, but when I placed the order, there was no mention of free shipping.
More expensive than my original supplier but it appears you can ship immediately instead of late December

Good value and quality product. Only complaint is that I could not find a tracking number to trace shipment and arrival date. Otherwise, I'm very satisfied.
