RK guns had a cow print gun advertised on sale. I ordered it. Never received it. No responses to my emails. Finally got someone on the phone and he didn't seem to give a crap about my issues. All I was told is "I'll have to contact the manufacturer and get back with you" never heard anything back though and when I logged in to my account it says my order was cancelled. Poor service and terrible customer service. Definitely would not recommend wasting your time.

Rkguns.org is an online scam. Don't sent them bitcoin for your purchase of a gun. You will not get your guns or your money back.

Ordered a Henry 22WMR Express Mod H001ME, Received just a 22WMR Model H001M. My bad. I didn't discover it til I go home so I guess I'm stuck with it.
The Express model has a Picatinny rail on the receiver and a Monte Carlo stock. No iron sights. The one I received had a t egular stock. Instead of a Picatinny rail has a grooved receiver,

First they had an issue with the FFL I selected from THEIR website. Then they had issues tying that FFL license to my order. Lastly, they canceled it and this is why: because a 3rd party verified my information and something didn't match. A letter, a number, an address, she could not tell me what it was and said it would most likely happen again if i were to reorder. I could not reach out to the 3rd party to ask why. I have all permits required and served in the military. I have never had any issues like this. Do not waste your time!

Just like all other reviews, customer service is bad. They wont answer emails. I asked why my order handt shipped after 2 weeks, no answers for a week. Took 3 weeks to receive, then after it shipped got an email saying that they had to order from the manufacturer...really? It was "in stock" when I purchased. Dont purchase from them. I asked for them to make it to me and said there is nothing they can do.

There was a particular firearm I have been searching for. It became available on Rk Guns and a competitor. I chose to purchase through Rk for my own convenience as I have had good experiences with purchasing from them before.
Sunday, March 3, I purchased the CZ that was exactly the one I was looking for. On Saturday, March 9, I still had no updates on when my firearm was to be delivered so I signed in for the third or so time to see an update only to find that my order was canceled!
I immediately called customer service to see why. The representative I spoke to said the gun was out of stock. Yes, that's right, OUT OF STOCK! They sold me something they never would have, kept my money for a week, and canceled my order without so much as an email or any attempt to let me know. Gotta wonder how many people this happens to yearly that they get a free weeks worth of interest from?
Now it gets better. I asked for a rain check or to be moved to the top of the list when this becomes available again only to be told, "We don't do that here." Not only did I not get this firearm, but it was unavailable on the competitor's site as well. Talk about feeling absolutely unimportant to a company that only sees my $$$. I will never buy from Rk Guns again, and have no intentions of patronizing Rural King again, a store I visit on average twice weekly.

Quick computer entered forms, wide selection of guns & accessories. Free coffee in RK stores. Neg 1 strar for being at the very back - 2 min walk.

Ordered a firearm on line 2 weeks ago. Called customer service to get a status on the order as I was previously told that there's a 10 business day wait before a shipment goes out. Today (10 business days later) I was told the order is still "processing". I was also told once the order is processed there's another wait of 10 approximate days or more before shipment. What?
I don't think they have the firearm from the manufacturer to begin with and are just stringing you along until they get a shipment. Too many vague answers from this outfit to ever consider doing business with them again on firearms.

I just recently purchased a gun from RK with a top cocker and seen that there was two style available. A top cocker and a side cocker, I knew the side cocker would be better so I decided to reach out and see if I can switch to the side cocker style. A lady picked up and said no at first that they don't carry the side cocker. Then I ask well why would they have the gun online for sale, Then she decided to check the system, in which she could've did from the start if she was a peoples person and wanted future business. She said they don't have any available with no solution. RK need to find a receptionist that public relations to ensure future business. I was truly unsatisfied

Ordered two guns at one time. Just a couple of.22lr. I guess that was too big of an order for them to process. At first everything seemed fine. Order hit my credit card as pending, status went to processing, so all was good. Website said at least 10 days processing which was no big deal. I wasn't rushing or an any hurry. As the 10 working days came and went I never gotten any email about the status of the order. But I did receive probably 100 email ads and sale papers saying how they are dedicated to all my firearm needs. Week three I tried email. Nothing mean, just inquiring about the status. No response. Nothing. Just an automated we received your message and someone will contact you. So at the one month mark I actually called them. Talked to a nice supervisor and she assured everything was going smoothly. Said one gun was out of stock and that was my delay. She apologized for my unanswered email and said they were shorthanded. Again I wasn't in a hurry so I was patient. So durning my wait I keep checking my status (processing) and looking at the hundreds of course mail advertisements. The items I ordered were always listed in the ads as in stock or new stock arrived or on sale this week. We site showed in inventory and then out of stock and then back in stock. But my status never changed, always processing. Week 6 tried email again. This time I was a little sarcastic in my tone but nothing vulgar or profane. But again no real response just automated message.

But finally my status changed. After all this time. It changed to cancelled. No email, no notice, no nothing. Thanks rkguns. I'm glad to know you can supply all my firearm needs.

They had what I wanted, and the free transfer at one of their stores is nice, but 10 days to process and 10 days to ship (after paying $12.99 for shipping) an order is completely ridiculous in this day and age. Also, the person on the phone was extremely rude when I questioned the shipping time. I will be purchasing elsewhere from now on.

This was the most disappointing firearm purchase experience to date for me. Customer service is horrible and has no answers. Lead times to process run longer than anywhere else with no sort of cooperation to get status. Absolutely disgusting. Me and me two neighbors ordered the same gun, at the same time, they got there's 3 days later…day13 and mine still shows 'processing'. Absolute garbage service, snotty arrogance, and who GAF attitude from them.

I ordered my first firearm from RK Guns on March 1st. I contacted customer inquiring about delivery and was told it was delivered on March 7th. No proper follow up. The firearm was delivered to someone home who was a basket case. This has been the worst purchase experience ever. I would NOT recommend this company or it's vendors.

I purchased this gun 3/2/2022 took it out of the box and fired 5 rounds. The Barrel Shroud and the Forearm Assembly Nut stripped. So the forearm and the shroud was about to fall off. I called RK Guns after owning this gun for 1 hour and they said the only thing I could do is to call GForce Arms. I have called them 2 different times and left messages with no returned calls in a week. Just wanted to let everyone know the service you will have with RK Guns and GForce Arms.

They are very slow at processing online orders They say it is in stock but they don't let you know on up dates to where your order is.

They sent me a rifle that did not have a removable side-baffle break when the one I ordered specifically stated that it was removable. I contacted customer service and they were extremely rude and repeated the same line over and over that "since I received the rifle I had to take it up with the manufacturer for warranty" and did not back up their sale in any way. They advertised something that they didn't provide after I paid for it, should be false advertising or straight fraud. Absolute garbage.

Ordered a handgun that the website showed in stock. Waited 20 business days and started calling company, all they had to say, was that my order was processing. 34 days later, I receive an email stating that the gun was out of stock, that I would have to wait. I will never order or shop in there stores again and neither will my friends and family and everyone else I can warn. I will be following up this email by reporting to the BBB.

I have bought several guns from RK Guns using the same credit card. Suddenly, I can't buy guns due to their third party fraud company. When I called them, they were of no help at all and said they couldn't tell me anything or help me because the third party fraud company flagged the sale.
What kind of company lets the tail wag the dog? It's ridiculous that they could tell me anything or rectify the issue.
Now I see why they have such a poor rating.

S&W Shield Plus was the firearm I was interested in. After getting home and looking at websites found out it was for sale at RK ninety dollars over MSRP /MAP. Should have bought at LGS or even online for MAP or less.

Called and asked if price was data entry error after being on hold with corporate car told that's their price.

Have always gotten good pricing prior to this. My fault for not being better informed of current MAP and prices. RK gun barn will be off my list of dealers going forward.

I am an avid gun show fan and un conditional supporter of the second amendment but the January 1st show was a sham, first the lobby had about 250-300 people waiting to get in because there was one person selling and taking tickets at the door AND inspecting in coming fire arms, there was NO security inside or outside anywhere to be seen so all these people were standing in a winding line that filled the lobby, I was about 20 feet from a plate glass window when someone outside lit off 5 rounds through a big plate window, yes 5 of them and he left on foot and got away, two people were slightly injured, the day before a rifle was fired in the parking lot, again where was security? I will never attend another RK show, I love fire arms but this is an unacceptable situation and only ruins more reputable shows as the media does not care, all gun shows are bad, RK needs to re think the way they do business and not cheap out on security, dead customers cannot spend money.

Site says they have it in stock to only receive a message 20 days later too inform that they can not fulfill the order. Basically a scripted reply…. Got a excuse saying thier site has too many orders coming in which is complete garbage it's a stock based system as orders come in inventory goes down and you can't tell me thier system doesn't work that way…when you mention you e bought a gob of ammo for the particular firearm their reply is ammo not refundable. They are terrible at customer service and I will never shop their again not for a firearm or anything else for that matter they try and play it off like they tried too fulfill the order by reaching out too the maker which is completely a lie I reached out and the maker has many in stock ready too ship… so good bye rural king!

I ordered a firearm through Rkguns.com and the email said 7-10 days processing time. After 15 days, I called. The lady was very rude and said online it states 10-20 days. I said okay and that was that. On day 20 I get an email saying it's no longer in stock. So they keep selling the firearms and you just have to hope it's in stock still almost a month later.

I've been buying guns for 20 years. Never been to a place that made you feel so uncomfortable. Lake Wales FL location. Service is horrible and not one educated staff member at all. Each employee told a different story about my order. Drove 2 hours for nothing. I will never buy nor go to any rk guns shop In my life. I will bad mouth this place as long a I live.

I purchased 2 hand guns. Afterwards I submitted my FFL dealership info. I received an email a day or two later that there was an issue with my FFL request. I changed my FFL dealer, stayed on hold for 45 minutes waiting to speak to someone (without success), and sent 3 follow up emails asking someone to call, but no response. The order was later cancelled because of the original FFL dealer info.
