I ordered a cake from India to be delivered to my husband in Sweden. Prior to placing the order, I double-checked with their support team if they could deliver to Sweden, and they assured me it was possible. However, to my disappointment, the cake never arrived. When I reached out to the support team for assistance (which they actually don't have.now i came to know) There is only one Mannerless lady name NEHA who was extremely rude and unhelpful. She refused to address my concerns, even shouting at me, and said i cannot contact her as she is busy and it's not her job to assist everyone with their concerns. To make matters worse, they only refunded a portion of the amount I paid, leaving a significant discrepancy. This company's lack of delivery and no customer service highlight their untrustworthiness and disregard for customer satisfaction. I strongly advise against using their services and caution others against falling victim to their deceitful practices.
Thay are a big scammers so please do not place any order from this website.

I have been a regular customer with Rose N Cakes for quite a long time now. I have ordered surprises for my family members on occasions of their birthdays, anniversaries and festivals. Products they deliver are fresh and good quality, mostly on time. Never had an issue with them. Even if you have any query, you can just email them and they respond back promptly. Good job keep up the good work.

Excellent. I use this platform to sent flowers since longtime and never made any mistake and other parties received well within timeline always.

They charged 2000 rupees for a Diwali gift box shown on their website but delivered 3rd class local box with bad quality and packaging. Please don't go by the images shown on their website, they would not deliver what is shown in pictures. I am disgusted with their quality of service.

Excellent varieties of bouquets with filters for price range. Order execution very smooth. Response from the executive, without my intervention to help me, place the order and also get a Discount. Subsequent delivery of product, near to specification, very fresh flowers, and delivery at a specified time. Overall very good experience

One of the worst services we received from here. In 1100, they are sending 175 rupees Rouchers and 10 Chocolate for Rs 10. Never Recommended Bad Experience Worst Service. Before ordering, I contacted their provided number, and they agreed to deliver the product to the destination, but sometimes, they denied it and returned my money in vouchers. Now In 1100, they are sending 300 rupees product. Fake site. Worst Experience

0I paid for half kg sugarfree cake but cake has sugar. Charged me for sugarfree cake and offering sugar cake. Wen asked for bill refused to give bill and arrogant behavior on asking for information about cake. Pls don't buy cakes from this company. It's rosencakes company of delhi. Very misleading information and wrong information on website.
Playing with health of people having diabetes but falsely give full sugar cake.

Worst Website I've ever seen. What it shows in website is different from original product. No color, flavor, tasteless. Even not on time delivery.

This is the worst online cake shop due to three reasons
1. The cake does not match the pic (shared pics below - Expected vs Actual)
2. Very poor quality for the price they charge - The candy sticks were soft, the sponge base was having a weird smell, the cream was of poor quality. The entire cake was almost watery
3. No response from the team once you have raised a concern - We even shared a pic, after which neither did they call back nor did they take our call.
Please don't buy here, its not worth your time or money

I ordered cake Rs 1250/- on dtd - 30.06.2021 after my order it was showing delivery charge of Rs 250/- then I cancelled immediately and phoned to contact no mentioned in this site. Rose n Cake representative told that refund will be done within 04 working days. Till dtd-12.07.2021 I have not received refund and also I did email also no reply received then I have been calling frequently no one is picking up my call.

They are really good, awesome services I just love them, this is the best company you can come up with, no matter what happens they always care about your ocassions

I ordered Onebeautiful bithday Cake (its shown picture) worth Rs 2000Rsand They delivered ugly 600rs anotherCake and their reply are harsh and very Bad. I added picture below. So if You Need Cake Go Another Site or Buy Outside(they are cheating People even Pandemic Season)

Website very easy to navigate. Arrangements look beautiful online. Just placed order... I will update review after delivery and seeing the arrangement.

My only request to anyone genuinely looking for a cake is to not order from this website. My first order with them was for a marzipan cake for which they charged me Rs. 2000 for. After making the payment they call me and tell me the cake isn't available and that they will cancel the order. I was naturally a little upset because if they didn't have the cake in stock they never should have taken my order. They agreed to give a voucher for the money but refused to refund back to my bank account. I let it go and decided to use the voucher for another time and this time I made it a point to order the cake 9 days in advance prior to the event and even spent extra ordering cookies from them. After the payment was made I didnt receive any confirmation from them, so the day the cake was supposed to be delivered I interacted with the customer care executive who said the order would be delivered within the stipulated time. After half an hour I receive a mail stating my order would not be delivered as my address is out of their delivery service. I was furious and did my best to call them up but they were avoiding my calls. I reached out to them from another number and they said they will try to figure it out. After a while I received a mail saying the cake would be delivered. I was not a bit surprised when the cake arrived from the local bakery from the area, looking drastically different from the one I had ordered and the cookies missing. The ordeal that rose N cakes took me through, was highly unacceptable and they are extremely impolite.

Excellent service and quality products. Best experience. Scheduled delivery and beautiful flowers, a complete perfect package!

I Have ordered a Cake through Rosencakes to Malawi ( Central Africa). They have charged 5049 Rupees. It was not at all delivered and was not getting any updates nor these people were lifting the calls. I had to cancel the order due to their arrogant behavior. They Literally took 2 weeks for refund and refunded only 50% and looted the remaining. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND this bloody website.

I placed an order for my husband living in Canada on Valentines day. Order placed on 11th Feb and it suppose to be delivered on 14th Feb.it was delivered on 14th around 9 p.m. I'm satisfied that the delivery of gifts exactly the same as I ordered.it would be great if it was delivered on day time.and there should be a propper order tracking system cause whenever i tried to track my order it showed only "confirmed". This is my first order with fnp and my overall experience was good.

Rose N Cakes is always great. Specifically with last minutes deliveries they are the best. Products are always value for money and they are exactly as shown on the website. Very trustworthy company with in India and also internationally.

Bad service. The product shown in picture is not matching with the actual. Too much costly. Please dont buy the product from rose n cakes. Instead, direct buy from shop now they also deliver to home.

I. They promise delivering on time but delivered birthday cake, 5 days after the birthday. On asking for refund they say its not possible.
2. Once you do the payment there's no response from them. You need to run behind them for followup. They don't even pick up call.
3. The cake delivered is hell different then the ordered one and they don't even deliver all the things ordered. Biggest mistake i have ever done by opting this site.
