I had placed an order with this company, but before I did, I asked a few questions about the product I was buying. I placed the order, received it and realized I had been lied to. I called to find out why they told me what they did and immediately the "owner" John got defensive before he even asked who I was, what I had ordered or anything. I was proceeded to be called an "a**hole" and told to "f*ck you" several times then one last FU and hung up on.

This company will not ship to Canada and could not explain why they will not. This company uses UPS for shipments, UPS will do freight forwarding from the USA to Canada with a simple verbal request and ship to address. When this was explained to a manager I was treated in a very rude manor and was talked down to. The way I was treated gave me a feeling that this company a very poor sense of customer service.
Doug, I apologize that you felt you were not valued when you contacted us. Our RV power boxes were not C-UL Listed before so our policy was to not ship that product to Canada. We now do ship our power boxes to Canada because they are C-UL Listed. Kirsten Durham, Sales
