“Poor Customer Service”

Hello Everyone, We purchased a SaunaRay Sauna (https://saunaray.com/) and have not be able to use it once. The customer service is So Poor. We have spoke to 3 different individuals within the company, 2 of which say that will be sending the part that is not working under warranty, and here we are 2 years later getting the run around again! We are no being told there is no warranty and we will need to purchase the part (Fine, Ill pay) I mean what good is it that I spent all this money and my sauna sits in the basement doing nothing. Even with me saying I will pay, I have been going back and forth again with a new person showing videos and pictures, she says she wants to help, then we don't hear back for 13 days, just goes cold. I couldn't rate their sauna I have never used it, but the customer service from this company is horrible. I have left messages for the owner over the last couple of days, Rodney Palmer and Nothing... I would think twice about buying Canada Made this time around simple for the lack of service! It was the control panel that just glitches, skips... our electrician told us if we plug it in it could trip the whole house.

Beware! As an interior designer of over 10 years, I have never experienced a company with as poor customer service as saunas.com. We had FOUR attempted/failed deliveries, that resulted in major delays of a construction project, costing my client thousands of dollars. The company was completely un willing to expedite shipping on the fourth delivery, even though all we asked for was that they deliver product we paid for. I was not able to speak with an owner or manager who had the company's interest in mind. When calling for information, we were given pseudo responses that made no sense regarding tracking numbers, call backs, etc.
