Wow. My experiences for the last 2 years with SavX have been fantastic. Orders arrive quickly, and have never had an issue of being wrongfully charged. My customer service experiences have all been pleasant and issues (which were my fault, not theirs) were resolved quickly and easily. There had been a few times I missed the skip the month by a day. Money had not been taken out yet so each of those times I called cs, and they were happy to skip the month for me on their end so I wouldn't be charged. They've been fantastic, and I love their products.
Cancelled my subscription only for money to still be taken out of my account. Via my card details as the DD was cancelled. They forget to mention If you buy an item for £59.00 then you use two credits of £49.99x2 to cover the cost so whos benefitting when thats nearly £100 for a £59.00 item. How much did Rhiannas sons bday cost again. Remember nothings 49.99 exactly there will always be "something" to take it over. Shipping costs etc
Poor quality, undergarments ripped and tore after a couple times wearing, unbelievably expensive and demanding subscription, absolutely not worth it and do not waste your precious money on this scam! Ridiculous!

I did have a delayed package, but nothing drastic... 2 day delay. My biggest issue is the sizing... a "XS/S", cannot properly fit a person who wears XS regularly. It is all too large. Are "petite" people not part of "inclusive" anymore? I had the same issue with JustFab and had to cancel. I will try another item in a couple months from SavageXFenty and if it still comes back too large then I will discontinue my VIP Membership because so far things are not looking good.

Terrible fit for women with small backs and large boobs. They don't sell 34g or 36g. G starts at band 38.
I first placed an order and decided to order 38g since that's the smallest g size they carried. I received my items within a week.
Out of over 20 items, only 2 bralettes were decent. I kept the underwear and returned the bras for a smaller size (34ddd). Those were too tight.
I finally sent everything back except the 2 bralettes and requested a refund. It's been a nightmare trying to recoup my funds and since I paid with Afterpay, I'm still responsible for the biweekly payments totaling about $300, although I have about $20 worth of merchandise.
Funds are tight and I'm still without a proper fitting bra due to weight gain thanks to savage x fenty not returning my money after I returned their bras and panties over 2 weeks ago.
I highly discourage anyone from ordering lingerie sets with the company.
I've called twice since returning my items and no one can give me a timeframe on when I can get my refund.

Update: savage x refunded my money after about a month after I sent back the returns. I'm satisfied with the resolution. Ive already reordered some bralettes that went on sale.

I would not recommend buying regular bras for women with small rib cage/waist with large breasts.

While I wanted to give the product as a gift - the delivery date has come and gone and is now in limbo. I can appreciate wanting to use alternate shipping services but let us be real at what cost? That being said whenever I receive this product it will be my last time shopping with Savage X Fenty until they figure out their shipping options. Sorry, this is a bad reflection on you team Fenty.
I just canceled my VIP perks, as they charged me twice for my subscription, having both billed my credit card and charged the fee to a separate order I placed. Multiple calls to customer service and they completely refused to help me. Had to dispute the charge with my bank but the issue has still not been resolved. I spent hundreds of dollars with Savage X Fenty, yet they would rather lose a valuable customer than admit responsibility for their error. Shady, deceitful business practices. AVOID

As much as I love and respect Rhianna(I've watched the SXF show and everything), and the the website's broad range of body types, I hated just about every single item I ordered. I have bought better made undies from Target. Way better. These are wish.com quality products. The fabrics are scratchy and don't get me started on the fit. Now forced to deal with a store credit, on top of having to make sure to skip each month so I don't get charged. Ugh. So disappointed. I expected more from you Rhi. Must we sacrifice comfort to be sexy?
Do not recommend savage at all. I used to have VIP account with them. When I was charged monthly fees I was unable to spend my credit on order as the amount in my VIP account was not deducted from value of the purchase, so I have close to my VIP account. I have received refund of the money outstanding for me to use. Week after my bank account was charged again by savage, second time, I have contacted them via email twice and phone 3 x and I am keeping hearing that I have received refund ( Yes of the first charges as I was unable to use them) they keep asking if I have another account with them:He'll no and I never will. At that point I don't think I will get my money back but I hope my experience will save any other person the trouble and losing their money.

I loved shopping on this site because of the diversity I saw- in size and skin tone. As always, the Fenty line delivers in style and delivery. When it comes to the products I ordered, the sizes were spot on, the fit marvelous, and the designs were unique. I love how often the face of the site is updated as well. I did not like that there was so much plastic in the shipping, and the bag was torn when it got to me. Nothing was damaged luckily. I love the items I purchased, and will continue my subscription even though it is not my favorite method to have the auto draw with no text alert for opting out.
They have advertisements all over social media promoting their two for $24 bra deal. I saw this and was immediately excited went to the site was able to very quickly select the bras I liked and confirm the purchase. After I confirmed the purchase, I noticed that along with the two bras that I put in my cart, it appeared. I had automatically been signed up for the "VIP" then shows that I'm gonna be charged $60 a month unless I click the " skip button" within the first five days of the month. Seeing as I am a full-time worker, wife, and mother to a toddler i.e. In no way have time to be regularly checking in on the site and therefore knew I needed to get this surprise subscription canceled. So I contacted customer service where I requested to cancel, they asked me four times if I was sure, and tried to bribe me to stay, to which, I replied, no, thank you I would just like to cancel the VIP subscription. Then the customer service representative lets me know that they have canceled my subscription and that since I do not want to be a part of the "VIP" that they will be canceling my order for the two for $24 bras that have been advertised and that if I still wanted to make the purchase I would have to buy them at full price. It's all very misleading and smells like a big scam. Honestly, it's just extremely disappointing because I thought finally there would be an affordable, well-made bra option for us middle class ladies – clearly not.

I am normally a 3 8D purchased over $150 and had to return the entire shipment everything was too small
Returned and re-order a size up and still does not fit, the bras poke you on the side cage, material is touch and cheap, even the hardware look cheap. The underwear elastic just folds and does not hold up.

I wish I had read the reviews prior to ordering. Ordered at the end of July, no updated order status since 8. 4. 21, customer service said allow more time. My first and last order unfortunately. My order is sitting a few cities away with no movement over a week.
I bought from this store up to four times, and everytime I had issues with the shipment. The package always got "lost" and after battling with customer service for days I would get them sent again. If I have to talk about quality, it's plain bad. They'd charge 70 dollars for a bra you could easily get for 10. I get why Rihanna is a billionaire, when you scam people by selling them low quality items for ridiculously high prices just because she puts her name on them. I'm tired of people having 0 moral values. To think about people who actually have to save for a long time to purchase from this stores just to get laughed at.

WILDLY DISSAPOINTED!
Ordered multiple bras and underwear in various sizes from the website with a membership. NOTHING FIT!
Not to mention the terrible quality, the underwear was too thin, uncomfortable and needed more fabric. The bras are not true to size, they are highly uncomfortable and give a shape to my chest that looks crazy weird, like I'm wearing a vintage cone bra.
I've gotten better products from Target or Victoria Secret, so for a brand thar CLAIMS to be "luxury" I could not be more frustrated, disappointed and angry. WHAT A WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME!
AND THERE ETHICAL PRACTICES ARE WORSE THAN SHIEN?!?! It could not get worse.
I wish I did research and read more reviews because the average customer is completely unsatisfied.
I will say, using the website's online chat support made it really easy to cancel the membership ASAP before I was charged.

If I could give them zero stars I would. My order got stolen and the lack of customer service and the way that they dealt with everything it has been the worst. Their way of solving everything is by giving me a store credit for the items that are out of stock. There is no option to give the money back plus even if you shop during the first 6 days of the membership they still charge you unless you also skip the month. Worst company to shop from. Stay away!

If I could give it negative stars I would. The website is deceptive about the membership fee every month. I got charged $120 for signing up for a membership that I never agreed to. It automatically signs you up for it. The best part is you can't get any of your money back and if something doesn't fit you'll never get a refund. $#*! that place for real.

I love the styles and options and I also love how every body type is considered when making the gorgeous clothes but I've recently ordered and paid for next day delivery and it's now 8 days later and I haven't even received any updates and it's still waiting to be dispatched. I've been refunded the delivery charge but it's still annoying. On the plus side when you do find out how to contact people they are lovely and very helpful.

The customer service reps will attempt to put you on hold for at least 15-20 minutes to try and get you to drop issues like long waits for return processing.
Returns often sit in the warehouse unprocessed for weeks. The items almost always go out of stock. This has happened 3 times to me.
The quality of the materials is incredibly low. The majority of products are lined with a mesh that is incredibly irritating to the skin. The bra sizing is also INCREDIBLY irregular, hence the high return rates of their products. The products are often very expensive for being very cheap. They do not last long. This is fast fashion marketed far above its value.

I made one purchase (which for the record I am happy with) however I do not remember consenting to them storing my card information or signing up for a membership. I have been trying to cancel the $49 membership fee for over a week and the chat feature automatically closes out, the cancel membership button does not work! I have tried different browsers and nothing is working.
