Cards were provided at a significant (but realizable) discount & shipped quickly; cards provided were unqiuely of higher value ($200+)...
I created an account and went to list my gift card. They require you to enter in your credit/debit card number for their security and you go to list your card and when you submit it they say sorry your account is locked. Then I got an email saying it's permanently locked so sorry. Like what? I've never done anything on this site so you steal my credit card info then block me?! Don't waste your time!
I signed up years ago to sell gift cards that had remaining balances. Customers bought the gift cards and I ended up with a positive balance in my account. Everything seemed fine when suddenly it went dark--no warning, no explanation. It felt like they just decided to shut down, shrugged their shoulders and walked away. Sent several emails requesting that they issue payment of the balance on my account and got no response. Tried calling their parent company, Gift Card Granny (both businesses used the same location address, I just connected the dots), using Gift Card Granny's toll-free customer service number, and nobody ever answered the phone. Basically, SaveYa's business team said "so long, SaveYa suckers!". Will never buy from Gift Card Granny, that's for sure.
Tip for consumers:
Steer clear.

Never used the money I earned by selling my gift card.

Do not understand how can business like this survive. They do not want to sell us things then why do you spent time build site, company etc? I can never successfully buy anything from this website. If you know how, please post here so people can save this company... maybe
Also, customer service email just reply with templates... 0% valuable information. Do not waste your time trying to contact them... they just do not want your money... only want to make you mad, mad and extremely mad. Cuz that's fun to them...
I need to buy something online and found the site. After registering and placing an order, they blocked my account without asking additional information. Contact CS and after a few days they said that the block is permanent after review. This is BS for someone who used the site for the first time
Pretty sure this is company is a scam. Created an account to buy a gift card, they froze the account, when i asked why, they said "they cant disclose". I'm going to call my credit card company just in case.
Do yourself a favor and stay far away
The most crapy company I've ever seen. Never get my card. Free my account for no reason. No matter what time you call it's always voice mail. I am not even sure this company is still operating any more. Totally piece of crap, nothing can ever get worse than Saveya. Stay away from Saveya and save ya self.
I have no idea why and what they have to review before they issue me those gift cards I purchased. This time, after they reviewed my $15 purchase, they decided to "Freeze" my account. Right after I submitted my complaint, they restored my account and of course, the good deal I wanted was long gone. Now, it's my turn to "review" them and "freeze" this company! Lame as Hxll...
SaveYa canceled my order because they didn't want to honor a discount code from GitCardGranny. No I'm stuck with that useless promo code. AVOID!
They are ripping people off left and right. I was a victim of their fraud. I purchased a $100 kona grill card from them for $75 and the card did not have any funds. When I contacted them they refused to refund my money or give me another card.
SaveYa 3 month guarantee should read as follows:
After 3 months it's 100% guaranteed that the gift cards will be drained by someone else (either by SaveYa re-selling cards or their supply chain re-selling gift cards). It's not "some risk / volatility", it's a 100% loss guarantee after 3 months.
I lost $500+ of gift cards (qty 5) and they were all used by other regular folks like you and me. This simply means they were re-sold. The use of gift cards was confirmed by original issuer.
They'll guarantee your card for 90 days. If you don't use it within that period, they will sell the remaining balance to someone else.
Been with them for years. Wasn't able to log on recently, after emailing them, I learned my account is frozen and their security "team" is unable to tell me why. I've purchased thousands in cards which they REFUSE to allow me access to. I've already got a police report, am contacting the FCP/FTC. They have NO reason to freeze me. My identity was sold to China twice this year and since locking my SS number and joining Lifelock, no more problems except with this company. They are committing grand theft amongst a few other things. Being in the legal profession has its merits. They have no idea what is about to hit them. Best to All of You
They have terrible communication and respect for their members. Probably the only worst company in the world is Raise.
Let me just say this, and I am not bragging at all. Just want to make a few things clear. I have owned my own home for 14 years, and have not moved. My credit score is over 800 points. My husband has his own business. We are financially stable, bill paying citizens. I like to save money where I can though. No harm done there.
I attempted to purchase a $25 Outback Steakhouse card, more to try them out and to use up a $5 code received from Gift Card Granny. My e-mail address? Verified. My cell phone number? Also verified. My credit card? I have had for longer than I can even remember, and it is CLEARLY IN MY NAME, nobody else's.
I had to chuckle to myself when I was told that my order was cancelled since I am a FRAUD RISK. SERIOUSLY? I cannot imagine anyone on this planet being less a fraud risk than I, but I suppose it's possible. I also chuckled pretty hard when I saw that someone else had said the only company out there worse than this was Raise. Man, that's some true stuff right there.
Cardpool. They're not bad. Giftcard Zen, even better I'm not saying I haven't had an issue with a card or so from them, but man do they stand behind their product like soldiers. Any issues? Cleared in a heartbeat. However, I'd avoid these people like the plague. I'll tell you who is a fraud... SaveYa.
My very first transaction with them was a disaster. For reasons they would not give they froze my account. They have all my money and I have no idea what the status of my purchase is. I am hoping they will refund my money, but I have no idea what is going on or why they "froze" my account. Something is extremely fishy here.
Not happy that I signed up with save ya have excellent credit and they act like your the bad guy or don't need the business. There business manner is pretty bad impression to say the least.

I get many errors and requests to verify this and that, which I did. They cancelled all my orders. They gave no reason other than "security" even though I order from several other gift card sites without issue.
I have several accounts with other reputable sites such as card cash and decided to sign up for this site because it had deeper discounts. After giving credit card information, address, phone etc. and responding to their verification emails for phone and email they said my account was under review. After being told by a representative not to worry I would have approval in several hours for my purchase I received an email rejecting my account because of irregularities. Tried to speak with someone to find out what the problem was twice with no luck. Just received emails saying the would accept me with no specific information. It is a scam to retrieve your personal information and sell. BEWARE. I have no affiliation with card cash or any other competing company. This issue has been noted on several other review site as well.
I attempted to order a gift card for under $150, which I've done before on other gift card resale websites. The SaveYa website said that my account must be verified after I placed my order. I sent an email to inquire about this verification process, but all I got back was a terse response that my account had been blocked by their "compliance partner". No detailed explanation was given. I know with 100% certainty that I don't have any problems with my credit card, and I've used it since.
Now I'm worried that they have my credit card information and could use it at their will. I don't even know if SaveYa is a legitimate company or is involved in some kind of credit card fraud.
Tip for consumers:
You can't trust sending them your credit card information even if the deal is good and they offer a promo code.
Painful Purchase process: AMC theater gift card. Sold me an old phased-out gift card that does not allow you to check the balance online or purchase online. Went to the theater and tried to use it. Zero balance. Contacted customer service to dispute charge and "magically", balance appeared as indicated by their app. I was eventually able to use it once, and each successive time, there was a problem showing the right balance or making the purchase.
Useless App (iphone): Amateur-designed interface. Checking balance is neither real-time (you have to wait 4 minutes) nor accurate. And you can only "check" the balance ONE time, before they tell you to call their phone number - a phone number that directs you to a voicemail box.
Probably Fraud: If you don't use your gift card right away, guaranteed that it will be resold or churned. YOUR BALANCE WILL BE ZERO if you wait. Suspect their "90-day guarantee" is to save them from the credit card charge-back window.
Tip for consumers:
Whether they sell your credit card info or phone number is a possibility. Please be aware and monitor.
I signed up for a SaveYa account and went through most of what NS. Reviewer said about the reviewing process. Then I was informed that my account was blocked and never be allowed to transact BEFORE I was able to buy anything. This came quite a SHOCK to me being regarded as "risky." I'm a college instructor, with "EXCELLENT" FICO credit score (next to the "Exceptional" category, and I have purchased gift cards from Cardcash and Raise many many times in the past couple years. They refuse to provide any reason and I felt being wrongfully accused. PLEASE DON'T USE THIS SITE! I will be spreading the word through social media and among college communities.
I ordered 2 ARBY'S cards and when the order came it only had one card in the envelope. I called SaveYA and told them and they refunded me for the missing card. I then checked the balance of the card I received and found it to be correct. The next day I went to use the card and was told by ARBY'S that the card had no value on it. I then went home and checked again and the card value was gone. I then called SaveYa again and was told they don't know what happened but they would refund my money and I could repurchase the cards. When I tried to repurchase the cards I was told the transaction could not be completed and to call customer service. When I called them I was told my account had been blocked and there was no explanation as to why and nothing that they could do about it. I guess if you don't like to pay for cards you don't receive or cards that have their value stolen then you are not the type of customer that SaveYa is looking for. HOW SAD!
Tried to order a gift card and was cancelled because of security reasons. Called them and asked what the problem as and they said they couldn't tell me but would send an email to straighten it out. Never got the email. Called again and they said they would send another email which I never got. My husband tried to order and they didn't recognize the username and password he had used previously. Had to go through the process again. Finally he got to order and got the exact same response that my I got. If we didn't need the card they were selling, would not have ordered. How does this company stay in business? Idiots! Ordered a different card from Raise and got the print version in 10 minutes. Don't waist your time with this company.
I signed up like other ppl as soon as I put my information my account was freezed. I could not buy the gift card. When I signed up I had to put my birtday, I felt already fish.

I just bought a Lands End gift card on SaveYa because it was 10% greater of a discount than the next closest competitor. While I DID eventually receive the electronic gift card and it was legitimate, I had to jump through WAY more hoops than on any competing site, including:
- Entering and verifying email address
- Entering and verifying (with code) phone number
- Waiting for "fraud review" after account creation and after purchase of gift cards
I used a "commercial" (read: for spam) email address and my Google Voice number, because I suspect that gathering this data is the main purpose of this verification. Their privacy policy and terms of service essentially say that they can use your information for whatever they want, and can continue to do so even after your account is terminated.
They also only allow payment via credit card (no PayPal, Google/Visa checkout, or others), which is kind of iffy for me because I like to keep another layer of security between myself and vendors like this.
Their verification process was also extremely buggy, sending multiple confirmation codes and emails simultaneously, only one of which was recognized by the system, so I can imagine there is a bit of luck involved in getting "verified". After my purchase, I got a notification that my gift card would be accessible "after a short fraud review", which fortunately didn't seem to delay anything because my codes were accessible immediately.
All in all, I did manage to save $5 on my transaction. Let's see if my credit card security is breached in the next two months, because if so I'm definitely going to be eyeing this site in particular...
