SD Bullion has great prices and their service is excellent. I highly recommend them. I also appreciate that they have strong christian values, so I want to support them.
I used to love your company but resent experience with you customer service has proved to me that you talk a good game on these videos and with you cards in shipping boxes but when it comes down to it, you are more interested in making money first. And all this revolves around $65 out of $10,000 I have spent. Now I will not do business with your company and am sure to tell everyone I can how you really treat customers. See order #21736936. I also notice you do not have a physical address where I can send you a hand written letter explaining my discontent only emails where you can ignore.

Fast shipping and easy to do business with. Lowest price on silver I can find.
I ordered silver that was not delivered. When I called I was treated very poorly and rudely by staff. I sent them almost $5500 and its been 25 days and I have received nothing, no help, no resolution just some excuses with their fraud department. I will be contacting the federal trade commission and the consumer financial protection bureau tomorrow to report this as fraud. I have ordered gold/silver many times but not from this company. Buyer beware! SCAM! Dr. Harper

I am happy with my order, I just wish it didn't take so long to get it. I was told they were investigating me that my order wasn't fraud when I called. They couldn't tell me why. I asked to speak to a supervisor or someone from the fraud department and I was told they will call you if needed, you can't call them. So not happy with customer service. Super happy with the piece I got.

Good this is the only place that I buy gold and silver from is SD bullion why buy from any place else?
SD Bullion screwed up my electronic payment, and when the order still hadn't shipped after 12 days, I called to check on the status, and the person I spoke to told me the original check had bounced. That was an absolute lie! They messed it up. I would recommend that you avoid this company.

Regarding the turnaround, we apologize if there was any confusion. Checks and e-checks typically take 3-5 business days to be processed internally. After that, orders are sent to the shipping queue for 1-3 business days. Delivery with free shipping is 5-10 business days, once shipped.

I have had multiple interactions with SD and all have been consistent and timely. I have had no issues with my purchases. Each shipment was well packaged and discreet.
I was taught by my grandmother how she survived the Great Depression using precious metals. I had never ordered any precious metals before, nor had I purchased them in person. I wanted to teach my grandchildren about the value of precious metals like I learned, but didn't know how to begin. Your videos educated me about the process, so I decided to try ordering from you. I couldn't have been more pleased with the products or the service. SDB is totally trustworthy, and I hope to be able to order again from you soon.
So, my wife ordered silver for the kids and when we went to pay, their site would not take my payment. At the time, we were just starting chemo treatments and I didn't have time to follow up on the phone for an hour. About a month later, I get a cancellation bill for $400 and threatening to send it to collections if I didn't pay it. I called and explained the situation. These heartless bastards didn't care. They said pay or it is going to collections. They were not out silver and offered to go through with the order even though the silver is about the same or a bit lower in price. However, they didn't care. Since Biden is rewarding people with low credit scores, told them that they can refer it to a collections agency. They will not get one dime from me as it was their system that would not accept the payment! Don't use these heartless SOBs for your investments! Sad that they are willing to lose customers over a BS $400 fee!

Our mail carrier tried to steel my silver because he could feel it through the soft packaging you sent it in. I confronted him in the street and he lied about having it. It was in his bag the whole time. He felt the weight of it and the shape and decided it was something to keep so when he stopped at our house to deliver it he simply kept it in his bag. He eventually gave in and gave it to me. He no longer works for the USPS. A slightly oversized cardboard box might be better to send it in. I'm afraid to order anymore now.
