Ing and Simon were patient and awesome in helping me with QQ coin reload, especially after a system error causing repeated failures in order delivery the day before. Despite the delay in receiving my coins, and a terrible customer service experience with one of their colleagues, Jason, who was not only unhelpful but placating to the extent of being dishonest, encountering both Ing and Simon turned my negative experience around, hence the positive review. Customer support agents should take a leaf from their book :)

Seagm only wants your money. When you request for a refund, the will hide behind their ToS but none of their ToS clauses say items are non-refundable. Despite having a refund policy, they will not honor it and work with you. Instead, they will ban your account and refuse to work with you for a refund request. Never doing business with them again, good riddance.

Ing and Simon were patient and awesome in helping me with QQ coin reload, especially after a system error causing repeated failures in order delivery the day before. Tip for consumers:
Check if the reloading system is functioning before going ahead with your purchase, in the event you need coins urgently. Maintenance work can take up to a day. Refunds are offered in the form of store credits, and they cannot be withdrawn, at least for non-Malaysian payment modes as I was told.

Do not do business with seagm, their management and customer server is beyond horrible and will only give you negative answers and countless online forms that will only tire you into giving up your request for support.

To be honest, it is very inconvenient!
They require you some private informations in order to proceed it when your residential area and payment channel doesn't match with their data.
Cannot risk giving my personal info just for some game card purchase.
Also, misleading product information.
They say that codes will be automatically delivered but in actual, you need to contact their CS live support.
Refund is not also easy as they also require private data.
My payment was accepted easily but refunding it will eat your time and effort.
CS Live Chat is also not helping. They reply fast but it's like they don't care.

Updating my review for fairness.
Have gotten back my money for around 2weeks.
Transaction might be smooth if your IP add location matches your payment channel.
Still would not recommend purchasing here if your data doesn't match (IP add location x Payment channel location)
CS Live support response is fast but expect that they might not understand long English sentences.

This is a fake site guys, please don't use it. I brought valorant points using bitcoin and guess what my transaction never went through. I cancelled many times and tried again and it never works. When I reached out to the customer service team, they just told, "We have reported this issue, to tripleA" or something like that and nothing happened lol. Please don't use this site and go to some where else which is more genuine.

Pathetic buying experience, compounded by equally bad customer support. I believe their business model is to force people to ask for refund so that they can cut their "processing fee" and return money after "3-5 working days".
Nothing instant about their service and honestly it feels like its not even a legit business -_-

One of the best service, quality i have had in a long time. Delivery is quick and support responds instantly. Topped over 500 this week without a problem whatso ever. Just need a 1 time confirmation and you are good to go

Can't buy cards from another country. Steals hundreds of your money. CEO has been caught hacking. I will continue to give bad press, because they fought hard to keep my money.

Tip for consumers:
Buy in small amounts to avoid getting screwed. Example 5$ 20x vs 100$ x1.

I am an avid gamer from Malaysia and have been using SEAGM for approximately 9 years. It was and still is an excellent website for game card and other ewallet purchases with fantastic, efficient, friendly, professional and prompt customer services. Excellent after sales service, even at midnight there is always someone to attend to your enquies. Which is missing in other company.

When I contacted their team they need 5 days.

Hi there. 1st of all i really thank you to you guys because give us a great service. It so easy for us to buy the uc for pubg then sometime i buy diamond for ml. Easy instructions. The payment method this site provides are shady as hell, i would stay far away from them. It use to accept credit card/paypal which can protect customer if and issue or file a dispute. Now they accept payment methods that leave no trace and non refundable.

I bought 2 steam card and successfully paid with paynow and now it say is unpaid there is delay in payment my bank clearly state successful transferred. They cant even provide customer with their UEN number to assure customer paying to legit account.

I bought a steam gift card with paynow which according to them was instant' made payment and even after the order expired i still didn't receive anything. So i contacted support and they are asking me to wait 3 days to confirm the payment

The same thing happened to me as *******@Eleazar U. 2 unauthorised transactions for almost identical amounts.
