Ordered navy blue pants as a groomsman in a wedding. What I got was off-color trousers with 6 inch ankle cuts. Unwearable. They don't do refunds and they deduct a 30% restocking fee when issuing a store credit. The whole biz model is designed for the customer to lose. Trousers on the LEFT are theirs. Trousers on the right are J crew. Half the price, better quality …and ACTUALLY navy blue.

No matter what I've bought from them - jackets, pocket squares, ties, belt, scarf, etc - I always get a ton of compliments when I wear their pieces! Probably one of the most unique experiences purchasing a suit. I was reluctant at first to send it my custom measurements. I decided to take the risk and follow the find your fit video and trust myself to take the measurements. I made sure to follow the instructions in the video. To my surprise the suit came out great. Fit perfect. I did not even have to alter it. Definitely will be purchasing again!

I originally ordered the emerald Brillo jacket, vest, and trousers for my wedding and I ordered the wrong sizes. I spoke to Natasha and addressed my concerns due to me being on a time stamp. They were able to exchange my suit and I received it promptly to still be able to get it tailored to how I want it. The only thing was they didn't have anymore fabric of the Brillo in emerald which I loved and gave me a few options to pick from. I picked the Rosa and was satisfied as it is very classy. More importantly my soon to be wife loved it. Needless to say I had a good experience regardless of the hiccups.

I fell in love with a particular suit but it was out of stock. I bought another suit from this company because I love their designs. I revisited the site and my original suit was back in stock. I reached out to the company and they were MORE than accommodating to me. I love a company that returns loyalty with loyalty and ensures customer satisfaction!

Bought a full suit with a custom tailored shirt but the shirt was no where near my measurements. Received my suit on time for my party but they were very poor in communicating where my shirt was. Event was in NY I asked them to send it there only if they can get it there on time or cancel it. They sent the shirt weeks after to NY when I was already back in my home town. After a friend ships the shirt to me I reached out to them and they did absolutely nothing about it.

Shoes didn't look as presented in picture. The size was a little small. Leather didn't look qu8te convincing.
