When you finally get through to a live person don't give them the opportunity to go through their speal but rather insist on having your account canceled, it took me less than 60 seconds to get my account canceled. I told them that they had horrible reviews and ratings and that they had scanned many people out of much money and that if they didn't cancel the bogus subscription immediately that I would be contacting the federal authorities, that's all it took to be canceled in less than 60 seconds. I would have left a review on this site, but it did not provide the option for any negative stars.

I signed up for a 1 dollar trial for 7 days and was shocked when the charge was 40 dollars after that. I went online to cancel and found out I had to call. I am not sure why I have to call to cancel when I was able to sign up online.
When I did call I had to wait 15 min to talk to someone after going thru the automated system. The person on the line then proceeded to read her prepared speech and never let me get a word in at all after I told her I wanted to cancel the service.
She then offered me a discounted rate which I refused and informed her I just wanted to cancel the report. Then she pulled what I believe is the most underhanded move in todays business world. She told me that she saw that I had flags on my account that showed my information was being hacked. I have fraud protection and monitoring thru my bank and other services that I want and checked after the phone call and was clear. I take all the precautions needed to keep my info safe. This is a scare tactic that I find horrible and after that was highly perturbed with this worker.
After 20 min of me repeating myself that I wanted to cancel my account. She finally said that she would start the process. Then all of a sudden she started with another sales pitch offering me more of a discount and trying to tell me her sob story of stolen identity.
I was finally able to get my account canceled after I told her that I was going to file a complaint with the BBB about the tactics she was using. I also told her that I would be contacting my bank and making sure any future charges coming from this company were to be denied.

These people are scammers, they illegally charged my credit card 19.94$ 4 months after the fact, never provided the services they promised to provide. Do not trust them!

Don't do it. Find another way for your own best interest. They will bait you for a dollar and then charge you every month with no notification. Horrible to get cancelled as well, you have to find a customer representative to get it done. Live and learn but I'm passing this off to others to avoid this trap. Just don't do it.
