Seresto

Last year I bought the same exact Seresto large dog collar for my dog which worked perfectly fine. I just bought her a new one about 3 months ago, and I was rubbing her belly today and saw she is flea infested. So I called the number on the tin that the collar comes in. I speak with Brianna, and I get she has to go through questions to eliminate why it isnt working. Only thing they could come up with is that my dog must of went through a flea nest somewhere outside. The collar is suppose to work when the flea bites. My dog is infested. I could understand one or two, but not this many. So it's to kill fleas and keep them gone for 8 months. So it should have killed them. Customer service found every reason to justify why the collar isnt working, and why it isnt the collar. Instead of trying to make it right, and just saying it's probably the collar let's try another one and see. It's just odd that the collar worked last year and nothing has changed, but isn't working this year. But it isnt the collar ( that's what customer service said)! They sell this product under the terms that it kills fleas and keeps them gone for 8 months. THAT'S A LIE. ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS SELLING YOU THIS PRODUCT! THEY ONLY WANT YOUR MONEY! BECAUSE IF THEY CARED THEY WOULD HAVE MADE IT RIGHT. BOTTOM LINE. I BOUGHT A COLLAR THAT ISNT WORKING. I FOLLOWED THE INSTRUCTIONS AND STILL DIDNT WORK! DO GOOD TO YOUR CUSTOMERS INSTEAD OF MAKING UP DUMB $#*! EXCUSES TO WHY ITS NOT THE COLLAR WHEN IT OBVIOUSLY IS! I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER PRODUCT FROM THIS COMPANY! THEY LOST A CUSTOMER! I HOPE THIS HELPS SOMEONE! SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!

I bought 2 collars and put them on my dogs and kept waiting for the fleas to die but it never happened in the meantime I'm having to bathe my dogs every 3days to kill fleas. I eventually went and bought 2 more collars and I've waited 2weeks and still no dead fleas i've spent over $230.00 for 4 collars I got them at Walmart. My sister just bought them for her dog and her fleas are already dead. Who can I contact to demand a refund?

It was supposed kill fleas and ticks for 8 months, I put it on her and it may have worked for 2 months. For the price you pay for it the company should at least refund part of your money. They told me they couldn't do anything! But they were friendly about it!
