Ive been unable to contact anyone for 12 days, which is when the service stopped working. You cant reach them and they have an infuriating auto response to any email you send. No human receives or responds to anything. Ive used them since Aug 2017 & recommended them to a number of people but will start giving moving them away from this & on to something else. WE WANT OUR MONEY BACK!
There was no way. I decided to give it a try, nonetheless. At times, you can see that some channels buffer, but for the most part, they are great!

I have been a set TV customer since there beginning, customer #297, and would not be without it. If you expect perfect tv then go to cable or sat and pay them hundreds. I have had very few problems in a little over a year of service. Even if they doubled there price, I would still be a customer.

I like the app set TV now because it has a lot of discount and benefits and then shipped for public to get internet channels for a very low price that can help a lot of people out there who want to see TV but cannot afford it and cables too expensive and Saturday night as well Saturday is expensive to set TV now is the cheapest and best thing I seen
Ive had set tv for about two months now. Yes there were a few problems, but Set TVs support line was always professional and handled any problems I had fairly quick. I am retired and living on social security. Getting Set tv was like giving myself a raise. I save around $80 a month. Keep up the good work guys.
Purchased the service a month ago as I was recommended to by a friend as a cheaper alternative to cable. So I tried the trial and loved it so decided to go in for a year purchase to save the most money... Well it's been a month later and none of it works. Apparently the company went into a lawsuit and is not going to be refunding customers or returning the service anytime soon. Biggest waste of $250 dollars I ever spent
I paid for my subscription and now their having difficulties. They gave no reason and you can't contact them at all. I hope you're writing checks because a lot of people dont appreciate being left in the dark after payments have been made.
Glad I canceled this crap! From day one, I have had to see buffering terribly and freezing up! Not my connection, not my device either. I spent more time being lied to by the support staff and decided to pull the plug on them! Do not believe the 5 star ratings on this illegal site as they post these 5 star ratings to offset the bad ratings. Set TV is a rip off.
The trial period went fairly well. But now that I have had it for several months, all I can say is that the buffering and freezing problems are terrible to the point that it is unwatchable unless there is another channel you are willing to watch. And, there is a 50% chance that it will also be having problems. When Fox News is down or having problems, Fox Business is generally also down or having problems. At any particular time, my estimate is that 15% of the channels will be experiencing buffering and freezing problems and this problem is not isolated to a few channels, it seems to affect all of them. Or at least the ones I would like to watch. When I called to complain, I was told that they are aware of the problems and are working on them. As you can see from other reviews, they are not making much, if any, progress. When it works, there is a great channel selection and it is cheep. But that is about all I can say that is favorable. If you get this service, expect to see a lot of no video on the screen. I gave it two stars b The trial period went fairly well. Have an alternate plan before you cut the cord.
Did free trial was good. Then paid. Used for a week and it stopped working after they took our money! Now the site is down and nobody is answering back. Don't try this app!
Five-hundred plus channels, On-Demand TV shows, and movies?! There was no way. I decided to give it a try, nonetheless. I purchased it for a month to try it out. At times, you can see that some channels buffer, but for the most part, they are great!
I have had set tv service for a few months and loved it. I had no problem with the service. I was able to get help from the reps. Then all of a sudden it stopped working. I cant even talk to anyone. All I know is, is that I would love for them to start the service again. Im in FULL support. I saved so much money these past few months from switching from DirecTV. We need SETV back now
I sign up for 3 months and after one month the service is not working, and I'm not able to reach out anyone, I emailed 4 times no answer
All of the on-demand titles I have tried (Bull, The Path, recent movies) have streamed without issue. I do have reliable dependable Google Fiber so buffering is rarely ever an issue (maybe one show every few months).
So I said that I would stay with setvnow until something changes. Well it did a couple days ago... NO SERVICE and no way to contact them other than an email address that they will not respond to. Guess the lawsuit they have against them kicked in... DON'T DO IT!
3 months ago, I decided to give Setvnow a try. Since then, I have been overlapping Setvnow & Directv Now services. Last week, I decided to cancel Directv Now and go with Setvnow as my families stand alone streaming service. I had Directv Now for 14 months and have had severla issues, including a lot of buffering. I also tried Sling for 12 months prior to Directv Now with similar problems. Setvnow has less buffering and overall issues than either one of the other 2 streaming services I mentioned above. I also have used Setvnow's chat service and have had good luck with them. Unless something changes, I'm all in with setvnow.

Im so disappointed in this company. I was telling everybody how great they were and how much money they would save. Now its no more. What kind of BS is this? I have called, texted and sent a few emails and no responses. I had few more days of my three month sign up. My Setv went out on Friday. This company should be a shame of themselves for scamming people like this. $#*! SETV

I love this streaming TV service and would recommend it to anyone. My son loves it for all the children shows they offer.

I was really mad that said TV went down because I have people who trusted me that they can watch TV every day. But as of yesterday June 11th, we found out that the originals that TV is back up and running and it gives you an expiration date on it, I don't know if when your actual account expires, will you be able to continue or not? Because it does not give a phone number, nor email, nor any information to continue making your payments and our computers still say that is unavailable! But it is back on you have to delete your old on and put in the the old one again through your downloader and it works fine the way it used to. But who knows how long this will stay open?
The best picture, the best feeds, everything, including NFL Network. It's just totally awesome dude, well worth it.
I havd had service for 2 days and now it's shut down and you can't contact anyone. Give me a break. Is this a shotty company of what.

The quickly affirmed that they were legal and legitimate. There are some channels that never seem to populate such as PPV events and some other random outages. All of the on-demand titles I have tried (Bull, The Path, recent movies) have streamed without issue.
