Dave at SevenNoTrump is a great customer service person. I had placed an order, not by his mistake, two name tags were misspelled. I called and left a voice mail, he returned my call, immediately had new name tags reissued, requested I mail back the wrong ones so they can use the parts again, but refunded me the cost of mailing them back. This is a real honest guy who is so service oriented. I was very impressed with his service and will happily give referals for his business.

Just referred my Bid Whist and Bridge club members to sevennotrump.com. Everyone was excited about getting something new as a door prize. Sevennotrump.com shipped my order with the quickness. With a short window, my order was delivered sooner than expected. And, it was just in time for Atlanta Super-Sectional Bridge Tournament. The other items I ordered were fine, as advertised. I am upset about the broken card shuffler.
I ordered a custom table cover 44" x 44" because their price was the best and they had the largest selection. When it arrived it was too large. I double checked the size of my table and found I had made a mistake, my table was only 42' X 42'. I called sevennotrump.com and explained my problem. I was told to return the cover and they would adjust the size.
I received the new cover in a week and it fit perfectly this time and they only charged $4.95 for adjusting and re shipping the cover.
I had made the mistake in the size so I was pleasantly surprised that there was no extra charge.
