I have purchased many things online but this was by far the worst experience I have ever had. At no time did I threaten or was I aggressive with this seller other than to say that I would contact my bank and/or paypal if the seller did not respond to my emails. Here is a short synopsis of my experience. Waited 3 weeks before asking for status on my order. Only method of contact is email which took threatening to contact PayPal before I could get a response from seller. This was met responses from Seller (Jason) such as "no one has ever emailed me with more threats or more aggressive than you", "I ask that you never order from us again", "no interest in dealing with your impatience or deal with your immature communications", and "time to act grow up and act like an adult and wait for your order to arrive". Order did not arrive within promised timeframe so I Contacted DHL with tracking number I was given and was told that this tracking number was fraudulent and that I had been scammed with the suggestion that I contact police. Did not do that, just contacted PayPal and seller. Then seller told me that he had proof that order was delivered and that I should "get the help of a mental professional". When I challenged his statement that the order was delivered, he responded that he had given me the wrong tracking number and gave me the correct one. No apology for his mistake in giving me the wrong tracking number or the crack about my mental health. I could go on with more vile statements from Jason, but the bottom line is that the order which should have been delivered to me by January 27th finally arrived on February 16th.

Sign came zero instructions its under lit in the middle and power cords attached to the top on one side,wich keeps tilting the sign,for over 200 bucks Australian money i be looking at Asian market for quarter the price and way better quality.

I have purchased 3 items from shacksign.com. The first 2 items were fine including a call sign plaque and a small neon sign were fine. The 3rd and most recent item was a larger neon sign that had LED neon lights that changed colors. Unlike the first 2 items, which arrived quite quickly and originated in the US, the 3rd item supposedly originated in Jamaica NY, then next appeared in Hong Kong through a Chinese logistics carrier. The 3rd item eventually arrived 2 weeks after it was ordered. I found the "customer service" helper to be dismissive. When the product arrived, the remote control does not function as intended (does not change from fade to slow to strobe to flash). Worse yet, the product has the "base" with the electronics on top so that the product must be hung from a roof or under a shelf, as opposed to resting on a surface. There was nothing on the website product description that indicated that the product was intended to hang. Further, the quality of the laser engraving is rather amateurish. Sadly, I cannot recommend shacking.com and will not be purchasing additional products.

I ordered a neon 110v BMW sign for over $200. After a couple weeks, I had not received the product. I contacted Shacksign, and they said to wait 3 weeks and then to let them know if the product hasn't arrived. What? Then the tracking information they provided did not work. After 3 weeks, the sign had still not arrived. I contacted Shacksign again (they never initiated contact with me). About 6 emails later, Shacksign finally shipped a replacement. It arrived several days later. To my surprise, it looked nothing like what I ordered. It was NOT neon. The colors were wrong. And it was basically a low quality, pixelated sticker stuck on a very thin cheap piece of plastic with hobby foam board backing. Seriously, something that a 4 year old would have made in elementary arts and crafts session after lunch. Now we are approaching 6 weeks. Shacksign has refused to pay for a refund and instead wants me to spend more of my time and money trying to deal with their "company policies". Well, I have my own polices as does my credit card. It says "send me what I paid for, otherwise, its refund time".

This is my personal review/experience of using ShackSign. (Also, for anyone wondering, this IS a legitimate website, but it seems pretty underground from what i was able to search up about it.) I did recieve my ordered product. (Pictures Attatched).
1. It took a long time getting here.
(Ordered Sept. 22nd. Arrived Oct. 16th), so be prepared to wait. It will be on the slowboat.
2. In terms of tracking, i was left in the dark about where it was for a while. All i knew for the longest time was that it was in the USA. It finally updated, but not for a while, so you may be left out of the loop on where it is.
3. It got temporarily turned around in-transit. (Came closer to me, then got turned around and was going further away, then got back on track).
4. The cord is rather fragile, and short, and on the top instead of the bottom. (Not ideal).
This section has been my personal experience with the item's in-transit process and initial delivery/first impression(s).

My Review...
It is a nice Neon LED Sign, (as it describes itself on the website), for $50. It is not made of glass, but more like plexiglass. It has two designated holes on top on both sides to nail it up onto your wall. It is overall a very nice sign, and i'm very pleased with it. I'm getting lots of enjoyment out of it. It is pretty bright, and lights up a good portion of my room. Would reccomend. Overall, 8/10.

I bought this sign on 19 August for my dad for Father's Day. The next day I received an email from Connie, the manager, confirming the order. On August 27, I received the tracking details and then on 4 September I received the package. The order was shipped from China to Australia. Overall, I am extremely happy with the whole experience, in particular the customer service, production and shipping times, as well as the product itself. I was hesitant to purchase at first because of the lack of reviews, but I would recommend ShackSign to anybody.
