I love SHarper! I had my Morpheus8 treatment with Emily and she was very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable during the treatment. All of the staff are lovely, from the moment you check in to check out! I will be coming back for facials, and to see Dr. Harper for injectables! Thank you everyone at SHarper!
Ordered a product on 1/12/24. On 1/17 it went from Mi to TN to FEDEX, I think. It sat in TN waiting for someone to create a label for 7 days. I called today and was told a label had been created and it would ship via FEDEX today. Now it says there is an exception due to weather. I don't know if this is bologna but it is sickening. Keep thinking I should cancel and get my money back instead of the turmoil. 1st time to ever order from Sharper Image and will never ever again.

I made a mistake and could not cancel a purchase. I returned the item. What originally cost rounded $353, I received notwithstanding request for refund a store credit for approximately $303; however, I requested credit to my credit card for which I ultimately received 275 without any explanation. How $353 became $275 has yet to be answered by customer service. They purposely mislead unsuspecting customers. Buy elsewhere. Just terrible experience.

I ordered the binoculars and realized right away that there was a better coupon code, so I tried to cancel my order within 5 minutes. I was told that I was unable to cancel but that I could return the item once I got it. Then they charged me $25 for shipping to return. I tried calling multiple times and was on hold then no callback. The binoculars seem very cheap and not even with the $200.

There is NO WAY to cancel an order. Sharper Image has a 30 minute limit on canceling an order. Know how long it took to reach a service representative by phone? 90 minutes! Any accommodation for this? Absolutely not! Read BBB complaints before you buy anything from Sharper Image. They rip off their customers!

The 90s call and they want their store back. Just kidding. I still have a lot of love for Sharper Image. Weird foot massager? Ionic air filter? One of those electricity orbs? You've come to the right place. Sharper Image's website's best bit is if you can find refurbished version of their products that offer some sweet sales.
We purchased an iphone/ ipod/ iwatch charger which did not work with iphone 15 model. We followed the instructions to return the item (which was never used) and only received 53.00 from the 90.00 that we paid. They justified this difference with nonsense excuses.
Lesson learned, this company stinks and don't but from them!

The summary of the purchase before Placing the order is CONFUSING! I'm sorry but it looks like someone does not know basic accounting! I can't tell how much I was going to be charged net of discount/free shipping, etc. It turned out I have to pay for shipping when I checked my credit card charge after I purchased it.
It would be sad if people gets turned off by your purchase summary format because I truly like your products.
It's a company that does NOT respect their customers. Their products are acceptable, but very expensive. If you didn't like the product you have ordered, good luck to you if you ever get a response from their customer's service. There's no way you're going to be able to return it. They tell you to wait for an e-mail from them in a few days: that will never happen. Be careful everyone...
Received an item for Christmas which I needed to return. I had paid for item to be delivered more quickly and got message it would be delivered on Dec 14. It didn't arrive until Dec 18. So that extra postage was a waste of $$. Anyway I printed out the return label and was shocked that the return postage was $25. I wrote a note to put inside the pkg saying I was requesting that either the original postage or the return postage be credited back especially since it was not received on the date (or even within a day) of the stated delivery. Sadly I never heard from anyone at the company but later saw that my credit card had been credited the price of the item but nothing towards either the $25 or $20.95 paid for postage. Sad no one could call or email in response to my request! Very disappointed in the company and won't be doing anymore business with them.
I've bought previous healthcare gadgets (neck electrical stimulator) that works as advertised, but ordered four others that arrived today, and so far three of the four (haven't tried the fourth yet) don't work right. I will say, they must have fixed their customer service, though, because I got my call back with ten minutes and was given the option of exchange with a free return label. Rather have a working product now, though.
I ordered a custom bobble head from Sharper Image on 11/12/23. They used an outside vendor allbobbleheads.com. Sharper Image sent me an envelope in the mail a few days later with a code for allbobbleheads.com. This code gave me a discount for allbobbleheads.com and they asked me to filled out some information and to send them two pictures of the person I wanted it to look like so they could create/cast it. I paid an expedited fee to have it arrive around Christmas or shortly after as it was going to be a present. They said it typically takes 6-8 weeks and they contacted me once or twice with questions about its progress. The first time they sent me a sample I didn't like it so they had to go back and make changes and then at the beginning of February I was finally able to give my approval to the final product. They should have sent it and they never did. My husband tried at least twice to get in touch with them during the month but never received and answer. I started reaching out to Sharper image on 3/9/24 trying to get someone in charge (manager/supervisor) to refund my money. Not only did I pay Sharper image $92.38 but I also paid all bobble heads $178.13 for a product I never received. I have spoken to various managers and supervisors over the past three weeks trying to get Sharper Image to refund all of my money since they contracted with this vendor they are ultimately responsible. Sharper Image keeps telling me they are waiting for a response from allbobbleheads and that they will contact me when they do. I have tried myself to call/text and email allbobbleheads.com with no response. I am angry that Sharper image is not standing by and refunding my money except for the $92.38 I paid them. It has been over 4 months since the initial order was placed with nothing to show for it. The manager will not even give me a time frame when they stop trying to contact the vendor and take responsibility for the order I paid for and never received.
I would select a lower rating if they had a minus option! I purchased a pair of heated gloves; I was sent & charged for 2 pair, and they don't want to refund me the pair I didn't order. Customer service is awful, they even hung up when I asked for a supervisor. I was even told I didn't receive 2 pair and was not charged for 2. I told them I have proof of both. I just wanted a refund for the 2nd pair, and I would send them back. One person sent me a shipping label and said I wouldn't pay to ship back, wrong, they wanted to charge me $21.95 and then only wanted to give me $136.00 back on the 2nd pair and I was charged $177.37
Can't use the shipping "rebate" if you are trying to use another promotion. Would not have purchased if I had read that.

They charger for express delivery and 6 days later item had not arrive. Customers Service socks after half a hour still saying 10 Minute wait never get to talk to them or solve my problem.
I purchased an item as a gift and instead of refunding me they will only issue the refund as a gift certificate.
They have no customer service. Shaper image Admin and return policies are scam! If I could give a review in negatives, their service is minus 10! I would never recommend buying anything from them directly and forget about returns. They will keep your returned product without a refund till you call them several times over several weeks over in South Africa or Panama. They deduct almost 50% of your original price anyway for any return and then give you a hard time for even that 50% money back!

Return process is terrible and return policy is bad as well. They charge 30% of the original price for returning an item. Customer service is not US based and there they cannot understand and help. Off shore customer service is like robots who keep repeating themselves and are useless!

They advertise free shipping, but it's not as it seems. It is "cash back" that you receive via email a day or two later to use on their website.
I bought this as a gift for someone and they didn't end up liking it. I had to spend $18 for return shipping! In total I spent $84.66 ($63.99 for the product and $13.95 for shipping) and I am only getting 50 bucks back. I guess they need these shady non-consumer friendly practices so they don't go out of business again...

I purchased the Foot and leg spa. I was so excited to get it for a nice spa experience at home. This spa was very rough on my feet, it actually made blisters. I contacted Sharper Image almost 2 months ago and had not received a response.
Ordered items for Christmas gifts, and received a free $25.00 gift card. Went to use that when I received an email about 20% off and free shipping. After all said and done my 65.00 balance was really $121.00. Shipping refund is sent to use next time. Was told only one promo can be used at a time, so forget the additional 20% off since I entered the 25.00 gift card. The real kicker is the website doesn't alert you about this and allows you to enter the promo on top of their promo. It doesn't add up. I'm still on hold for customer service!

I ordered what I thought was a Sharper Image product for $50 but received an "as seen on TV" $20 product sold at Big Box Stores. When I complained, I was told they don't price match.
It was a bait and switch with no explanation or credit offered.
Obviously a clever, unethical practice on Sharper Image's part that I experienced first hand.
Buyer beware as I am sorry I didn't read the reviews about Sharper Image before I ordered.
After a leg injury, I ordered a heated leg massager in order to minimize the pain. Upon receiving the product, I plugged it into an outlet in order to test the inflator/heater, and-- NOTHING HAPPENED!
It neither heats, nor inflates, and it isn't returnable, so-- $200.00 down the toilet.
I received an email from them saying they would send a return sticker for the product, which was immediately reneged.
I will NEVER trust Sharper Image again.

Applied a code for 20% off and free shipping and it showed that everything went through. I got the order confirmation and neither discount was applied. I called immediately, (waited on hold for 45 minutes) and even though my payment hadn't gone through i was told that the only thing they could do was to issue a refund that would "process immediately" but would take 5-7 days to show on my account. 7 days later and nothing. Again I called and they said my refund was still "processing". After talking in circles for 20 minutes they issued the shipping refund and said they issued the discount refund, but only the shipping refund showed up on my card. Still trying to resolve. 3 TIPS: 1. When calling hit the prompt for purchases because it's the only one they answer (even when you try the call back prompt- they don't call back); 2. Have them send you a confirming email for EVERYTHING they say while you are on the line; 3. UNSUBSCRIBE.
Sharper Image is a SCAM! I ordered a "high end" product from their website. Instead of what was advertised, I received a product on a plastic card! I could have purchased the exact, same item at my corner drug store! When I opted to return it (unopened) they charged me $17 return postage! That's insane! So, I returned my ENTIRE PURCHASE instead! I will NEVER AGAIN shop with this company!

I received a bubble tube with fish that are fake but have small moving parts that give the illusion that they are real live fish as a birthday gift from my father
It was an unusual gift because I'm 42 and I didn't ask for this specifically but I have a 5 year old and it was different as well as unique so I warmed up to it a bit
It's too costly first and foremost, 180$
We followed all instructions to a "T" and powered it on but had issues with the remote
It lit up when we pushed buttons so we figured the batteries had to be good that came with the remote (takes tiny watch batteries)
Second problem was that the batteries only had enough juice to confuse us and assume the remote was broken because we saw lights but it would not function
The fish are to be washed for 3 minutes in soap and water and rinsed thoroughly
For some reason it takes 48 hours before the fish move and look life like…. At first they either floated or sank
Problem 3, the fish never did anything
The book, customer service numbers and/or issues and registering your product are all to be directed to playlearn
There is a useless app for this product as well but use it or don't I don't see that as one of the many issues
Playlearn was nice on the phone, no wait and they sent new fish with quite a few more items that go in the tube to address the issue
I asked if I was calling the correct number for my sinking fish and I was told that it was

As we realized the fish were not going to wrk we also realized the bubbles substantially decreased…. Almost hardly any bubbles bubbling and eventually the motor just stopped
I contacted playlearn again and they told me it must be the motor and they would send a replacement and that it would be easy to install?
The wanted me to take this thing apart and replace the motor…. This product that we bought new…. Not broken
I thought it was completely ludicrous but my dad was upbeat so I didn't make a big deal
Cut to one month later and we never received the pump
I would love to give this thing back and get the money but my father is really into me keeping it for some reason
I asked for a refund anyway and at that time they told me to contact Sharper image if I wanted a refund and that they only dealt with the maintenance issues
Sharper image was super nice and said I should have contacted them to begin with and they would happily replace it

They sent a shipment label but it's a very long awkward item and it's going to be difficult to get a box to ship back

If sharper in page wants to be the customer service saviors then they need to state that some place
The only paperwork, contact info, customer service number that came with this item was directed to playlearn and they are unprofessional at best & their products are crap
If I'm doubt on who to call if you have a 3rd party issue then learn from my mistake and call sharper image…. And don't buy a bubble tube…. Lame
