I ordered my product was in production the next day... They are very detailed oriented on where your product is in production... constant emails and information. The shipping actually took the longest but it came on time and the custom product was better than I expected. The only issue is that they do not have a very full description of what the product was made out of metal, plastic etc... the design tool that they had online was super easy to use. I would order from them again... Also the company is a US based company (Based out of Texas) do you don't have to deal with unanswered emails, customs or poor customer service.

I placed an order almost a month ago, was supposed to ship 2 weeks ago. I asked several times for an update. Items never shipped. I had to dispute the charge with my credit card. Stay far away from these guys.
