Everything was great! Who doesn't love Shofur? They are always avaiable 24/7. To my knowledge they are the only ones that are open at all times. Customer service people really know their stuff and are helpful. No nonsense, straight to business!

There is no other service that you can call to rent a bus anytime of day in almost every city in the US.

Patrick is the man! Our airline calls and Patrick & Tony help us everytime. No matter the time or place they have gotten the bus to us with outstanding service! 5 Stars well deserved!

In plain English, they're just a broker charter bus company who charges you a huge middleman fee for doing what you're trying to do, which is to book a charter bus. Basically what they do is book charter buses with local companies around you. Their reps have the shady hustling, salesman, pressuring attitude you would encounter in most scams. Cons: way overpriced, kept incurring additional charges and then would take them out when I disagreed, and were non-responsive compared to very responsive before I wanted to cancel. Pros: able to do things through email.

Most people have never rented a bus before. I was one of them. Was researching bus companies for hours online for a long trip. Everyone was quoting us over 10K for our trip. Didn't know who to go with honestly. Shofur felt the most reliable one. They really explained to me the ins and out and how to go about renting a bus. Nicole gave me several quotes over the phone and took her time.

My recommendation would be Shofur without reservation.

SHOFUR was JUST GREAT. Loved the customer service we received from Shofur. They helped us and were extremely helpful. After calling many bus companies across New York this was the most helpful one. They got a quote to us immediately and explained every step of the process.

If you have never rented a bus before, like I haven't, there is so much to know. And Shofur gave me the skinny on the bus industry. I'd like to especially thank Brad for the great customer service. Thank you so much Brad!

As an event planner for multiple organizations, I can easily say this is the WORST bus company I have ever worked with. I believed to be booking with Atlanta Charter Bus Company, but it was actually the company, Shofur. This company arrived 2 hours late to picking up my group of 50+ people, leaving us STRANDED in a parking lot until they eventually arrived after I had confirmed the location and pick-up time with the company and bus driver the day before. I called the company to file a formal complaint and ask for a partial refund. The company directed me to fill out a form that would be sent to corporate and reviewed within the week. Now 2 months later there has been no follow up from the company despite my attempts at emailing and calling Shofur. This company clearly doesn't understand customer service and ignores their customers when there are problems with their service in an attempt to keep their money. Whatever you do, do NOT book with this company.

Definitely not what I paid for! Rather than take a flight and go through the hassle of airports for a 3 1/2 hour car ride... I thought I'll take the luxury bus that was advertised... so when a van came and the driver repeatedly explained that it's cheaper for the company to have a van run for 5 people than a bus... I immediately thought how deceiving... no advertised WiFi, reclining seats, bathrooms etc. Then we took this long route to Houston that was 10 minutes short of 5 hours... what the Hell?! So people who are waiting to pick us up are waiting to the arrival time of 2:15 like it says on the website but we'll be an hour later than that. I'm not even sure why we went this long route and had two stops because we didn't pick up anyone else, so it really didn't make sense. All I can say is Never again and refund please! #Ridiculous #FalseAdvertising

I'm incredibly impressed with shofur.com. Their website is a real time saver. They have a very versatile fleet. You can rent a charter bus for a corporate event or a Limo Bus for a bachelor party. Their vehicles are always clean and the drivers are always really, really nice. They have always shown up when they're supposed to and we've never eperienced a bit of grief when hiring them. They are my go to company now for any kind of shuttle or party bus.
