I have been receiving orders within 3 to 4 weeks, I find this reasonable for what I'm paying for shipping. I purchased a set of 19 collets and I received two of the same size, meaning I was missing one of one size. Customer service took care of me and resolved the issue to my satisfaction. As a website, I was satisfied with everything as a buyer. At first our cooperation, everything was wonderful. I chose, ordered, paid, delivered. The general impression is spoiled by the fact that some sellers do not check the goods before shipment and because of some trifles it is necessary to reduce the evaluation.

Customer service is really good, answers emails straight away, I just wish they had more options for delivery. Refunds when their delivery company fails are very quick (24hrs for me), so can't fault that.
Didnt get the item that i orderd and its been 50 days. The tracking number is not in the postal service system. I have tried contacting shopanker.com, didn't get any reply. Do not order fron this site!
The item I ordered sat in processing for about a week. Asked gear best when it would be shipping and said I was worried because of the terrible reviews on sitejabber. They responded asking if I wanted to wait "just a few days more" or find some other product I liked (nice try) or if I wanted a refund. I said I wanted a refund and they gave it to me within minutes
