I am not one of those organized people that keeps spreadsheets of my family and friend's addresses so this site has saved me more times than one! I am easily able to send gifts for birthdays and holidays even with last minute notice. Sometimes I send a "just because" gift as it feels great to make someones day a little brighter. Sincerely.com is a great concept and one I will continue to utilize!

I bought a piece of jewelry from SincerelyOne which was never delivered. They claim it was delivered to a front porch, which is not even available at the college I sent it to. All mail goes through a mail room. They absolutely refuse to make good on my purchase and trying to deal with customer service is so frustrating as they are cold and rude. They have zero customer service skills. A total loss of money! I wouldn't even rate them 1 star but you can't pick 0!

Tip for consumers:
They claim shipping time was up to two weeks. They changed my shipping information 11 times and still it was never delivered

I purchased 2 38DD bras from this company and the size was equivalent to 34 B the packaging had no appropriate return address. I emailed the company and the answer was if there was no defect then they would not accept a return. Their return policy does not support the answer that I got.
I am out of pocket approximately $80.00 as I returned the items to the only address given and it was bogus. Rating is a big zero. Their website is deceptive and their product descriptions are way off. Will find a consumer agency to report this company. Horrible business practices.

This company does not deliver what its video or website promotes. The video and pictures showed a mahogany box and I received a simple cardboard box worth $0.50, it overcharges insurance fees without your permission. You reach out to their customer service, and they respond to your complaint and never refund your money. Big Scam and save your Heartache. They don't even deserve one star.

Tip for consumers:
This company will overcharge for insurance fees without your permission. The shipping will take around a month to arrive in the US and the quality of their mahogany box is not what they advertise, I personally received a cardboard box worth $0.50.

I was shipped a birthday gift which had a missing item. After MANY emails to them and promises "i'd get it the next day" still nothing has come. I called their office *******078 and no one ever answered. Don't support IMO

Box arrived with the card but no necklace. They stated it was checked before leaving the warehouse and blamed us for it. The bag was not tampered with. My Dad was really upset as this was a thoughtful gift from him! Don't touch them with a barge pole they should be closed down!

Paid for a jewel in a wooden box (Christmas gift for my daughter) but only the box arrived. After contacting Sincerelyone, all they kept repeating was that the order was shipped complete, despite the picture I sent of a very clearly empty box. A refund of USD 5 (go figure) was offered as 'compensation' but not what I asked for; to send me what I had paid for. The value of the product is too low for me to even spend time on trying to scam them to get a 2nd necklace but that did exactly that to me, is a fact. DO NOT SHOP HERE, Sincerely are a bunch of Chinese crooks and you are much better off buying a similar piece of jewelry elsewhere.

Suggest to keep looking and not buy here.

I wrote them twice and they emailed me that it was on the way.

It's been now 3 weeks that the package was supposed to be out for delivery.
I guess I just lost a bunch of money for thieves.
I've learn the lesson for next time, to double check the reviews on internet prior ordering anything..

I received the necklace. However, it did not include the words that it showed in the advertisement. The purpose of ordering the necklace was the verse to our daughter. Without that, the necklace doesn't hold any real meaning. Therefore, I feel I wasted my money. Not at all happy.

Terrible terrible terrible. Wasted so much money. They lie to you to avoid the bank reversing the payment in the set time frame! DO NOT TRUST THIS SITE!
