I made order from www.joyousbuy.cn and I got letter from www.sitecomplaint.com if I have some problem then they try to fix this. Actually they took my money and didn`t send any products.
This comapny is fake and stealing money. This comapny use many diffrents web pages.
Please don´t make business with them, because you will lose your money.

Terrible service. I ordered $96.63 worth of cups for Christmas presents on 11/19/16. Today is 12/13/16 and I have been emailing them for 2 days now. There is no telephone number to call. Only email addresses. And noone will return my call. My credit card was charged $104.97 on 11/19/16. I am also filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

I placed an order yesterday for $100 with Coolshopus.com and this evening received an email from sitecomplaint.com. Straight away I realised it was dodgy and could only be a SCAM! Google led me to other peoples complaints and experiences and so I've cancelled my card... hopefully in enough time that they don't have the chance to take any of my money!

So any Pandora Charm fans out there, please stay away from COOLSHOPUS.COM

I stupidly ordered a pair of shoes from a dodgy site and was told to contact the sitecomplaint email address if I had any problems. As soon as I saw the payment was made to a Beijing account I became worried and rightly so as the product was never delivered and I am now having to deal with the online police fraud departments and my banks disputes department which is a long and very frustrating process. Stay away from these sites. They are only ever going to end in tears!

Absolute and utter scam.
Just stay away from this site. But of course, as you've googled them to find out more, you've probably already made a purchase from one of their partners. Just be prepared to not receive what you've purchased.

Experienced the same as all others on here have said. The kicker is you do not get this site's information until after you make your purchase and they have scammed you! So the key is to contact your card company immediately if you get an e-mail telling you to work with them directly to resolve issues. This site is not a legitmate third party intervener. It's a good ol' scame.

Looked like the real thing but soon proved to be a fake. Last turned down 3rd partial
Refund offer from seller and told him I'd rather lose all my money than condone their shady business. Got new mail this week asking whether I had received ordered driver...

Was about to buy a watch on e-valueshop.net and noticed, when checking out, near the bottom of the page, that "you will be receiving email from *******@sitecomplaint.com. I'm sure they are scamming money. Chinese sites are dangerous. Sitecomplaint.com is the devil

This is totally a scam site linked together with other fraud sites.
They will take your money and run away!
So once you received email from this site, don't hesitate, just phone your bank or card company and cancel the card you ordered with this site!

I ordered from a website cheapairmax.org.uk and soon after got an email from sitecomplaint.com telling me they could help with any dispute - before I even knew I had a dispute! They knew how I had paid and how much so must clearly be linked to the trainers site. People say they offer to solve your problem but it is a dlaying tactic to stop you contacting your card company in time to claim a refund. Do not respond to their emails - contact your card company asap to complain and ask for a refund. There is a time limit to do this so beware!

Scammed out of $100 at baynfjacket.org for a fake north face jacket. STAY AWAY from these fake sites, verify site by checking on reviews, identifying a REAL address and contact telephone number, not just an email. DO NOT trust site just because you see familiar logos such as "paypal verified," "mastercard secured" and so on.

A totally bogus site used by one or more fake websites to attempt to legitimise their unscurpulous business transactions.

I attempted to purchase boots through www.uggaustraliaukshop.com only to find they were fakes. All queries to the initial website were ignore and the above although implying you can actually complain and they will action it this is rubbish and does not allow you to submit any online email queries and the international 24*7 US number does not answer.

Unfortunately no idea how you find out it this website is being used until you have already submitted the order for payment...

Fraudulent - based in China. Shows up as *******@sitecomplaint.com and linked with visamasterpay.com and nikecanadaonline.ca. ALL OF THESE ARE A SCAM! They take your money and you don't get any product.

I tried complaining to this site and it just said I had to contact them at their complaints address, which sent me back to where I started... a never needing loop with no way to complain! This site sucks balls!

If it was an option to give NO stars, I would. This site doesn't even deserve one. I placed an order with a site http://www.cigarettesonlinesale.com/ for $100.00. I've contacted the merchant twice in the 3 weeks I was waiting to receive my package only to have them ask me wait for yet another week before they even sent it out. I ordered Microsoft Office Software from officeonlinesite.com, the key they sent was invalid. No response to email, phone numbers not in service for their complaint agency, k sitecomplaint.com, nor from their payment service, viigoo.com
