I am having to order this again because you choose to ship with DHL and they lost my package and now I am 2 weeks behind on getting my repair done.

I bought what were supposed to be skf wheel bearings and they sent some Korean unbranded crap. Bearings are supposed to be stamped by the manufacturers these had nothing but came in an skf box for some reason. Not impressed. I returned them

Ordered parts online. Nice website and free shipping. Unfortunately the parts did not fit. Contacted customer service who sent a return label after advising a cost for returning items. Sent the items back per instructions and then waited, and waited and finally after 29 days from them receiving the items back (according to the Post office tracking) I called to ask what the hold was. No explanation given. Refund finally made, minus the return shipping costs after 32 days from them receiving items back. I do not feel their return policy and efficiency equals the normal return environment in today's online shopping.

I paid a $183.63 and they sent me the wrong parts and now they won't refund my money. You're taking a chance when you order from this company. They'll send you the wrong parts and refuse to refund you.
Sixity auto parts are very irrational. You just can't win. I'm trying everything that I can think of to get my refund, from the BBB to the SAG to ABC news with Diane wilson. I'm not going to stop until I get my refund.

Unfortunately, executing a return outside of this process leaves the buyer unable to validate with eBay that the order was returned. We've contacted eBay on your behalf and requested your return refund be paid but eBay is working with your bank in resolving your dispute and we are awaiting like you the resolution to the "payment issue" dispute that was opened.
