Cans are usually smashed all past orders. Maybe should offer discount for us that have used you for years

On my last couple of orders it took several days for my oder to be processed prior to being shipped. In avaition we need things in a hurry, that is why we pay for overnight shipping. It should not take 3 days to process my order to be overnight shipped. Will not use them again.
I need faster shipping, if you can ship the same day or next It will help a great deal since we are in California and it takes up to a week to arrive.
I hate the automatic opt-in for spam. The "on order" availability figures which never change are obviously not true. Finally, shipping prices are ridiculous - which would be understandable if product prices were low, but they're all over the place, and often high - sometimes really high. Don't get me wrong; I'm shopping here voluntarily, but it's not my first choice. I honestly hope my feedback will help induce changes which will make me want to return.
You website doesn't work well with government computers for one - took me 30 minutes to add one item to my cart and complete the purchase. No one answers the phone for help with online purchases - phone system wants me to leave a message, when I need help - NOW. Your people are not allowed to take orders over the phone, which is the preferred method for government customers. Cart does not reflect the actual full cost when alternate shipping methods are selected.
Like the prices but the shipping is almost 3 times what it should be. Sometimes I feel that owning an airplane makes people think I'm rich. I just budget to be able to fly and your shipping prices are why too high. I will be looking for another vendor in the future.

Shipping seems to be a little expensive actually a lot expensive for a 3 ounce tube ridiculous. If you have PayPal it's so easy to check out also I have to do is put in my PayPal account and the billing address shipping address everything is there included and it automatically fills in with PayPal and it makes it so much easier having to put all the information and every time I buy something someplace is a pain in the butt.

I am sorry you were not completely satisfied with your experience. I do also see that the item is shipping from our warehouse in NY to CA, so that would be taken into account for the shipping cost. You can also select the option to checkout and use your own shipping account. As a repeat customer, you can create an account so your billing and shipping preferences are saved. We try to accommodate a lot of the B2B and B2C scenarios for saving information, and payment options, but PayPal is not an option we would offer in the near future. Also, depending on the browser you are using, you can auto-fill many of the fields on our web page.

Shipping costs were -- in my opinion very high, but I just experienced a similar hike with Rock Auto for a Fed Ex shipped order.
When we tried to place p/o, the system first brought up an incorrect price. On the 2nd try, the correct price came up. Hopefully, order will be processed correctly.
Your website is hard to work with and there is no phone number on the website to contact customer support, which is frustrating to say the least. I could not log into our account and when I sent for a new password, I did not get a reset message. Other vendors such as digikey, Arrow, mcmaster carr are easy to order on line. Yours is not.

Overall experience went well. It would be helpful to allow phone orders to be placed. I did not have a computer at the original time of purchase and when called was told that we do not accept phone orders. There are times when working on an aircraft I do not have access to computer or internet and a phone order would have helped. Might want to consider.

I am sorry that your experience was less than stellar. In our experience, we have found that using a web browser like Chrome is the best option for check-out. If you are using Internet Explorer, you would need to switch to a supported browser like Edge. I did not see any voicemails left, we do return calls if you cannot reach a customer service representative by phone immediately.
We have a lot of military and government customers who place orders online. You can also send in a purchase order which we can process - the best way to place an order is online to make sure you are ordering what you need.
I do see you submitted two emails, one where we confirmed the lead time as the product is listed as 'On Order: 1 each on order & due in ± 5-8 days' and not 'In Stock'. The second having you create an account so we can mark you as tax-exempt.
