Ordered a part shown in stock but wasn't. CO. Doesn't provide complete disclosure when purchasing only after. With conformation of order email you get "Not all items are in stock. Some orders with have a 7-10 business day processing time prior to shipment." Tried couple times to contact them but get an error message to try later. I wanted clarification & the issue of the pathetic packaging of a 5lb spool.

Make sure when you buy a product from sle equipment that they send you the right part bought a 455 chainsaw buy the saw get two chains and an extra bar bar did not fit saw stuck with a bar for who knows what they said I waited to long big business doing what they want at your cost would not recommend buying anything from this company
