Absolutely loving their cacao flavored smoothie because it is super delicious! I blend it with some cold brew coffee and a little bit of almond milk and my gosh, it tastes so great. It honestly tastes so great, exactly how they said it would: rich & velvety chocolate milkshake! I can have a delicious drink that tastes like chocolate without owrrying about the calories now
I also had an awful experience with this company and their very poor service. Thorn in my side. Sends me something I didn't order, I asked to immediately cancel, item was returned to sender and they still refuse a refund. Would avoid at all costs. Looking to see if anyone is interested in starting a class action lawsuit against them.

Bad customer service. Bad ownership/management. They won't fix shipping or billing problems or do right by their loyal (or formerly loyal) customers. Avoid at all costs — choose a different smoothie brand or make them yourself. Let's get this company out of the market.

My first shipment went out on the 15th. It is stuck in Vegas probably melted. My replacement box was supposed to go out three days ago but is just stuck. Until you get a new shipper, I'm out.
I have tried all the four flavors that smoothiebox provides and it is really hard to choose a favorite because they were all equally delicious and super fresh too. I always make them with either almond milk or coconut water all the time. Coconut water is mostly preferred since I like the slight sweet taste of it. Really great!
This is a review on the smoothie box that I recently purchased. So far, it is pretty amazing and I'm loving it. I really the options that were available and also all the ingredients over all the smoothies I have tried from other places and brought from supermarkets. I think the other best part part is how healthy these are and how this is a healthier option for me.
They did not include the 5 promotional smoothies in the first order despite them being on the package slip. They admitted it was a glitch, but then refused to make it right. Poor engagement with the Customer Service staff and company President. Do not use their service. Try DailyHarvest

I am thoroughly satisfied with the prices for the smoothies at this place. They are offered at an extremely good price when compared to some of the other options I have tried. I also love the taste of the smoothie that I created with Berries and almond milk and with a sweetner. The combination of the almond milk and the berries were absolutely delicious, so were the other flavors from them

REVIEWS ON THEIR WEBSITE ARE DOCTORED! AS A CUSTOMER, I COULD NOT EVEN WRITE ONE! THERE ARE SOME ACTUAL REVIEWS ON TRUSTPILOT, BUT SMOOTHIEBOX IS WOKING HARD TO BURY THEM. CHECK THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS ON THEIR FB PAGE AS WELL.
After having this service over a year, I never realized the customer service was garbage. Why? Ive never really needed to contact customer service until the other day. Told them months ago I was unhappy with the service and wanted to cancel. They have so few flavors/options and we were sick of em. This service is expensive too, mind you. Never realized that request would be treated as optional. Found out a few days ago another box was being pushed through and called right away to cancel. Lady on the phone told me she could do NOTHING about it because the ONE person who handles things like this was in the hospital. She said, even if I was to return it they'd keep my money! I insisted she speak with the manager. Next day I get an email saying, surprise, were keeping your money and your stuck with product you dont want. They don't give two craps about their customers and Im just sorry I didnt find out sooner and didnt make the mistake of ordering a single box. Just kills me. The one time I asked for customer service in a year, they did absolutely NOTHING. No effort to make it right whatsoever. Basically F U. Straight up LIED saying the box was already sent. I checked and it wasnt. That was further confirmed by the fact I didnt get an email from them saying it was otw until a solid DAY after calling in! PURE GREED! This company will not survive. WHAT SORT OF POLICY IS IT EXACTLY THAT YOU ARE NOTIFIED OF A DELIVERY WHEN ITS TOO LATE TO STOP IT? WHAT IS THE POINT OF THE NOTIFICATION? Good luck resolving any grievances with them or heaven forbid, TRYING TO CANCEL! I HAD TO EXCLUSIVELY REQUEST MY CARD INFORMATION BE REMOVED!
