They use stolen art from artists without paying artists their due royalties, and when you try to get into contact with them through any of their provided messages, it is other doesn't connect you, you get a wrong number, or the website will not let you submit the complaint form.

You should have every confidence in placing an order with this company. Their product is high quality and their staff are extremely well trained, courteous, and efficient. It must be a great place to work, because everyone is so friendly and say how much they like working for Snapmade.
I have recommended them highly to my friends, who have shared with me their feelings are the same!

I've really enjoyed the ability to design tangible products with my very own art on them. Snapmade makes it super easy with tools and guidelines in the product design area. I love the tips within the program that help improve the quality of my products. I love Snapmade and creating fun products for others to enjoy.

I found out that one of my most popular copyrighted art photograph was used to sell their low quality phone case for 90 dollars! Of course, they did not ask my permission, nor paid me the legal rights and royalties. They infringed my exclusive copyrights. They are the biggest thieves and scammers I have ever come across. Of course, people are complaining about their low quality prints because their prints come from stolen low resolution work from other artists that need to be pixelated and as a result look very cheap and poor. Stolen artists never get compensated for their work from these criminals. Court of law is requiring damages compensation high fees. Do not be an accomplice to their cyber criminality.

Much better than expected. It's medium weight and breathable which is perfect for those sunny Sunday games. The stitching looks pretty good. It's such a steal.

I love that you can take the templates and really make it your own! You can change colors, move designs, add pictures, and so much more! All of my product have came out exactly how they were designed online. And the price is so cheap compared to others! They are always deals going on.

I ordered a daki (body pillow case) and it came in about 15 days? The fabric is really soft and the print is nice too (a little faded but its my art so i can adjust that next time) but i do have to say the stitching looks really flimsy and the zipper looks like its gonna break even after i opened the package. Im really nervous to order from them again, because while i am very satisfied with my order, ive seen so many bad reviews... Its the cheapest daki ive been able to find though, so,,, ($35- $45 for a 22x60 in. Custom image? As an artist i really like that tbh lol)

I ordered two t-shirts for myself. Unfortunately they did not fit me. I ordered a size small but both were two tight. I requested an exchange. Snapmade took care of the exchange immediately. The t-shirts were excellent fabric and construction and the printing was amazing. Highly recommend Snapmade for t-shirts printing. Will be ordering more t-shirts in the future.

The new jerseys are great for all my teams. Material is great, quick turnarounds. Absolutely amazing customer service. Whether it be via email or whatsapp his response time is very quick and answers all my questions and has quotes to me quicker than expected.

Have ordered a few tshirts from Snapmade and have had great experiences. So many cool images from many great artists. Very unique and cool stuff and makes you feel like you own a one of a kind not mass produced product! Customer service is great also.

Every time I order from Snapmade I am more and more impressed. This company goes out of their way to make things happen for their costumers. I ordered everything I needed for my engagement party through Snapmade and was impressed by every piece and their prices.

First off easy to use ( with very easy to understand instructions for images vs size of product) and the ability to choose which fabric with reasonable prices.
Fairly quick delivery with updated reports on shipments where abouts.
The image came out pretty good ( which considering i had to stretch the image is understandable)
The fabric was good quality and the sentence i requested to be printed over the image was sharp and readable.

10/10 would order more from them X3

I would recommend Snapmade to any Hockey team that needs jerseys. The quality of material is great and the staff helped us to design the perfect jerseys and was patient as we made several changes. The jerseys arrived promptly and were exactly as expected! Our players are excited about the design and we couldn't be more pleased!

Pricing was excellent, product was often excellent and my customers would be happy, but too often orders went missing - were in production status forever - when I complained sometimes the order would be completed and expedited, other times the order would be canceled without notice, twice I had to go through the paypal process to get my money back. I've had to switch to another vendor.

I bought a custom T-shirt and what I can say is the T-shirt is very comfortable and it even absorbs sweat. I will never have sweat end up in my body again.

Fear not, this company delivers! I wanted a unique watch. That was exactly what I was able to create through SnapMade. I read the reviews and had my doubts. But, let me just say that the price, quality, and service were better than anything I could have ever imagined. The product was shipped from China. Yes, it took about a month to arrive, but it was well worth the wait. I will be ordering more customized items to suprise and delight my loved ones with a unique gift, made especially for them. Buyers beware! This site will just take your money and never send out your item. I ordered a custom pillow case and waited patiently for confirmation saying my item has been shipped (I waited for 2-3 days as stated in their order confirmation email). It never shipped and my order was cancelled without my prior knowledge! AVOID AVOID AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I'm getting PayPal involved

I ordered some shirts and the print, like everyone else's, was barely visible. They told me it's because the shirt is made of high cotton (if it was the shirt, then don't make it available!). It wasn't even a detailed design either, it had all of 2 colours.

They tried haggling with me 3 seperate times to get out of a full refund. Despite the fact that it falls within their criteria for one (it even states you can return it if you simply don't like it). Their phone number doesn't work either.

If you bought from them CALL your credit card company and file a dispute.

Item never came. I waited 5 weeks and I'm hoping PayPal can give me my money back. They have an on site item tracker and it shows my item still hasn't left their facility. Do not shop there even for the dakimakuras!

I purchased a dakimakura pillowcase as well as a t shirt. The image on the dakimakura was very pixelated despite being the recommended resolution and looking fine in the preview. The t-shirt print quality was pisspoor, with parts of the design slightly faded and overall the colors dull.
