Check-out on site did not notify me that I would receive a confirmation in the mail, nor did it have shipping options.

I searched for months to find a honest and reliable distributor for solar products. They are by far the most reliable company to work with. They also helped with secondary issues from the manufacturers, which just was the best costumer service I have ever experienced. I have over 45 years in the construction trades, and work for one of our nations most prestigious Universities. The SolarPanelStore.Com rivals our Vision Statement.

Tried using the chat to find something not listed on the site. Service person was a little slow getting back so, I only bought the one item here, and the other item from Amazon.

I never placed the order! Why does it say thank you for your order? I haven't even entered my credit card and it keep changing my shipping address back to my billing address!

Online services were good. Only complaint is no notification of shipping till about 2 weeks after purchasing. Then get a tracking number the day before it is delivered. I would think that could be improved.

The only problem I had was that the original quote received was not the same as the actual invoice. I don't know why the two were different and the difference was not so much that I would have cancelled the order but the quote should have matched the invoice. Quote number ******* showed $180.00 for the item and $15.00 for shipping. The sales receipt number ******* showed $186.00 for the item and $14.40 for shipping.

I never recieved a confirmation email regarding my purchase. I never recieved any shipping information regarding my purchase and I never recieved an invoice or receipt for my purchase

Purchase was great. My problem was with shipping. VERY slow. Took almost two weeks from the time I ordered. The arrival date was changed once. I understand there was free shipping but when spending over 1,000 dollars i would think shipping could be quicker. I really needed before a trip but it didn't make it. Very disappointed.

These little clips worked great for my lighting project. Used them to secure the steel support cable to the actual electrical cord. They are a nicely made product.

Your cart is strange. information entered wont registered if you move between fields with the tab button. you have to move the cursor in order for it to work. Other than that, good site.

I use the company only for very limited items. I can get a better price on solar panels elsewhere. The mounts I purchased from them were not available elsewhere or out of stock.

I ordered the wrong part. The google search I did for the part number I wanted, and the one that came up were 1 character different. Picture (at least as a thumbnail) looked the same, as well. I called SPS, and they gave me an RMA number and told me I would not need to pay the 15% restocking fee. I ordered the correct part from them, and it arrived today. Shipping is a little slow (to Michigan from Colorado), but not excessive. Great customer service, good products, good prices. Highly recommend!
