We provided Flotation Docking Systems (this customer) with the best building and service possible. We worked with their foundation contractor and spent countless hours making sure the project went perfectly, however they delayed the foundation installation by 6 months due to their weather. When the foundation was finally completed, they expected a mobilization within a few weeks. We erect over 50+ buildings a year and while weather was a factor for their foundation person, we weren't granted the same understanding. I call every customer after we complete the project to make sure that they are satisfied. After completion, I spoke to Cody Carmichael (her husband) was extremely happy and loved the building. We went above and beyond the call of duty and installed their bi-fold doors at a great discount, provided a great product and service, and after we receive our final payment, we are greeted with a negative review. We never had any contact with Teresa other than asking why she wrote this as it wasn't the view of her husband.

Thomas K Banks's VP Jim Gracen wanted to add bathrooms into the project after permits were pulled and construction had started. This He completely changed the scope and occupancy of the buildings (3). We presented the Change Order for it and he kept delaying on when he was going to send the payment. He kept claiming that his bank wanted additional things done prior to us getting our payment. The payment was $142,712.11. We then had to put a lien on the property and he had via email, phone and web degraded and insulted me, my business, employees, and family. He has called and made threats and had to call the Ohio Township Police, who have given multiple warnings to stop the threats. We are currently suing him in Allegheny County, PA over the balance he owes us. Michael A. Masula, C. E. O.

This sub-contractor was caught doing heroin on the job. We had to remove him from the site and have someone else complete the work. Michael A. Masula, C. E. O.

Unfortunately Dennis didn't order the building from us from the beginning. He went to a competitor who was cheaper and we were here to save his job. When the competitor withdrew from installing his building, he called us to put it up. The reality of the situation was the building designed incorrectly by the other company. The things that made us more expensive were the things we had correctly designed the first time. The anchor bolts were installed incorrectly and had them make the changes. Needless to say, we completed the building and made the corrections that needed to happen. He tried to cut corners to save a buck and ended it costing more. Michael A. Masula, C. E. O.
