Don't open an account with this bank in GeorgiaI It's amazing how poor their service can be and absolute lack of knowledge between departments. I once sent a message there to get a BASIC question answered that could be passed off to any banking official and replied within a day / two max. * It took one week with no reply to emails. * Had to leave a comment on their Facebook post before someone replied via FB * After getting a reply they became absent again and had to send another reminder email after 5 days passed without a response. * A total of 4 weeks passed before they sent a message to say that it was not possible to provide the answer and I would have to become a client and offered me a form to apply so they could answer. Giving up on the Piss Poor Service on their page, I sent one more email and got a response within a timely manner. This time the person on the email provided me exactly with the answer to the question... The one I was told I couldn't get answered unless I opened an account. All said and done I would NEVER bank there. Absolute worst!See critical reviews
