Great online store with a great selection of professional cosmetics. My order was processed quickly, delivery didn't take long either. I am satisfied both with service and quality of goods.
I've been happy with their products for several years, but not any more. I had stored some cleanser in my master bath for about 3 months before opening. When I did open, the product was completely rancid. When I notified customer service, they told me not to expose the product to extreme heat or cold. I informed them that I keep my master bath at 68 degrees at all times, so cleanser should have been fine. I escalated to customer service two more times with zero results. I am now in the process of switching to a different product. Very frustrating!

I was skeptical in ordering facial products online but after reading reviews I decided to give it a go and so glad! I have seen visual appearance improvement in my face from using the products. I love getting the free samples to try on products I haven't ordered. Tried them with also showing great results which has me buying more of the product line as time passes. Don't mind purchasing when it continues to help my skin look better.

I was introduced to this product by a friend of mine. She gave it to me to try back in February and I was amazed at the results. I have always made my skincare a priority and adding this product has really enhanced my skin even more. I have received a lot of compliments from people. I have recommended it to many women including my makeup artist. She was amazed at how my skin looked prior to adding makeup.

I have sensitive skin, but this product is very neutral and soothing. I use it in combination with other products like stemnucell, ace-ferulic and night wrinkle cream suvoderm.
Love them!

Although it is pricey, it's worth every penny! The only moisturizer I have used that fully soaks into my oily skin, leaving nothing behind but smooth and soft skin. I always buy two so I'm never out.

Ok experience but not excellent. Just received order so just now trying it out. Dates on when purchased are incorrect so that in & of itself turned me off somewhat from this company.

Keeps my skin looking fresh and smooth. I am 72 years old and love the product. Always have a backup bottle because I don't want to run out. Use it everyday.
When I received my order, I thought it very light for its bottle size. I have not had it long and it takes several pumps to get the product out. I have the feeling I received a return bottle which was used. Your product is frosted plastic (designed not to see how much is the bottle) and the bottle is designed not to open to look inside.
I do like what LITTLE product I received
I live in Colorado with very dry weather. I've been happy with the light weight of the cream and its moisturizing capabilities. I do think it plumps and smooths my skin, feels good on. The pump bottle is a problem and the reason for 3 stars. It doesn't matter how good the cream is if you can't get it out of the bottle. The pump mechanism works only part of the time. I've had to take the bottle apart twice to get it pumping again. Very poor quality control.

Fix the pump bottle!

I've been using the product for about 2 weeks now... goes on easily and seems to leave my skin feeling "comfortable," no tightness or dryness. However, the dispenser continues to pump air, not product half the time I use it. Wondering if it's defective, or if I just received 1/2 the product that's supposed to be in it...?

I bought this product for my wife... at her urging and she absolutely loves it... especially after her showers.
Like the products so probably will stay with them but would like a discount of 25% since I've been ordering from you for so long. Pricey

I only used a few times and pump bottle stopped pumping!
There is plenty of product inside but nothing is coming out.
How can this be replaced or refunded?

I was skeptical about this product, but after trying it out it's proven to be significantly helpful in improving my skin's integrity. Keeps skin moisturize and improve elasticity.
